Quaint cottage stage

Great location right by the beach. Front patio is nice but open to the main street. Air conditioning went out but this was fixed quickly by manager who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. If you are wanting a beach vacation this works great as it is close and also plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas to use. Great weekend getaway!!

Very convenient, everything you need for a week at the beach!

Nice little cottage in a very convenient location to both the beach and the downtown. A very easy <1 block walk to the beach, and a couple of blocks walk to restaurants. Every beach amenity you need, they have for your use. We enjoyed sitting on the porch along Mandalay in the afternoon shade. Al and Karen were very helpful addressing any issues that came up and they were very prompt in attending to us and our 18 month-old's needs. Central A/C in this cottage was a huge plus in the heat of June. The bathroom of this cottage is tight, and some things in the bathroom are dated, but everything worked well. All in all, a pleasant stay where the staff and other guests are very friendly.

Eclectic & Very close to beach

Cottage is eclectic, quaint & old. Bed is very comfy, towels supplied, frig ice maker works, shower was good, stovetop & microwave = good, etc. I recommend this place for a couple or single person. Captain AL is a super host, if anything missing or broken = He is there ASAP with whatever you need. Perfect short walk to beach. Beach towels & chairs provided. Outdoor shower came in handy for even washing my dogs. I felt safe in this area and even walked my dogs at 11pm or 5:30 am with no fear. I walked my dogs to Marina (by the library/rec center. I never heard neighbors on either side. Also, we walked to a couple of restaurants but you will want to drive to others. I think Crabby’s on beach is where we saw most amazing sunset. Not having kids, we had no desire to use swimming pool, besides beach is beautiful.

Great location

House is just as advertised, its old , but we enjoyed our stay. We will return. Location is great ! We did have a small issue , but the captain was on it and no big deal.

Great cottage on the north part of Clearwater beach. Pet friendly property near the pet friendly part of the beach and a quick walk from lots of restaurants and bars. Had a great time

Awesome place and very pet friendly.

Ginger is awesome at taking care of anything you need. Captain Al is also nice and will try to accommodate whatever you need. I will stay here everytime we come to Clearwater. Great place and very laid back. Loved it.

Perfect Beach Getaway

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary by bringing our two dogs to the beach. The place was 20 yards from the beach so it made coming and going very easy. We were able to make home cooked meals or easily walk to nice restaurant. The staff was very attentive to anything we needed. It was perfect for what we wanted.

Location, location, location!!

This was our second stay at the Lemon Cottage . It’s right on the beach and walkable to many restaurants, which is awesome. The cottage is quaint & cozy. The bed is super comfortable and the shower has hot water with plenty of good water pressure. The price for the rental is reasonable as well. Will stay again!

Fortunate to live in Clearwater Beach , my self and first mate get to enjoy swimming in warm water, have congenial neighbors who enjoy the Salt Life, and have the pleasure of meeting families from around the country and world. When come to visit, we hope to show you around, on our golf cart taxi or boat and how to have the best beach vacation every.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

Most cottages and old beach hotels have been torn down in the past 10 years and replaced with high end expensive hotels. These are the very last few streets left in Clearwater Beach with cottages, private homes that have been converted to vacation rentals. This area has been designated Old Florida District and gives you the feel of years gone by, where you can walk around , say hello to your neighbors, sit on the porch and have drink, and watch the sunset without all the noise and business of South Beach.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Enjoy an entire house on the beach side of the street for less than a hotel room at new ritzy hotels. Save a ton on meals with a large family with your new designer kitchen. Also you can walk to the best Tiki Bars on the beach , just two blocks away, and do not need a car. Many of guest return year after year and call the Cottages their second home.
