Overall very happy with the stay. Excellent location, very nice unit, incredible view. Parking was good, property was quite secure with three different codes to secure various areas. Balcony furniture was nice and comfortable as well.

Thank you for sharing your feedback on Hamilton House 302, Julie. We’re so glad you enjoyed the ocean views, quiet beach, and convenient location—those are some of the things guests love most about staying here. We appreciate the suggestion about adding a gas grill by the pool as well. While we understand how nice that would be for guests, the garden area surrounding the property also serves as a retention area, so unfortunately, it’s not feasible for the building’s setup. Our team at JC Resorts North Office truly appreciates your feedback, and we hope to welcome you back again for another relaxing beach stay.

Checking in and out were the only issues we had. Arriving late and leaving early. The office being off property was a small inconvenience but is something we will keep in mind in the upcoming years when booking properties. We had a rental car, otherwise this would have been a bigger issue. We had a problem with the wi-fi but a tech was quickly sent out to resolve the issue. Clean room, beautiful view. We had a great time.

We loved our stay! It was even better than the pictures because several things had been updated. We loved how clean the condo was upon arrival. The amenities were great, including beach towels. We brought our own, but their beach towels came in handy when ours were soaked from the beach and the kids wanted to go to the pool! The only thing they didn’t have (or maybe I just couldn’t find) were pot holders to get hot pans out of the oven. Just making a note of that for the owners/host so they could put a few in there :) but definitely not a deal breaker, or even complaint!
