Guest access
The main house and the entire outdoor property are exclusively yours to enjoy during your stay. The small attached casita is unoccupied and off-limits for your privacy.

Safety:
The wood-burning stove has been disconnected for safety reasons, but the glam house features a stunning electric fireplace with color-changing flames that create a cozy and inviting ambiance. For outdoor enjoyment, we also have a gas fire pit for you to relax around and unwind.

Other things to note
Pet Policy:
We love dogs but due to past issues, we now allow approved pets only. If you’d like to bring a dog, please message us first with a few details—breed, size, and temperament—so we can determine if it’s a good fit. Unapproved pets (including surprise pets brought by friends) will result in a $100 fee. We appreciate your understanding in helping us keep our space clean and comfortable for everyone!

There are 4 exterior security cameras: 1 in the corner in the front on the Casita, 1 in the corner on the back of the Casita, 1 ring doorbell by the front door, 1 floodlight camera that was already near the front entrance. All are recording 24/7 for security purposes.

Please note, that you are strictly prohibited from touching or making any adjustments to the pool equipment. Any damage to the heater resulting from tampering will require replacement at your expense. Your compliance ensures the safety and efficient operation of our pool facilities.

Also note, that for safety reasons we ask our guests to send a copy of their Government-issued ID and sign our property’s rental agreement through VRBO before their check-in. Please let me know if you have any questions or need anything.
