I would not stay here again. It is not walking distance to downtown. Our second night we came in late after being out exploring & the guest bedroom had ants all over the floor. We called & maintenance came and sprayed. We came back again from being out and there were ants again & this time in a backpack we brought. They came and sprayed again while we were out & this time the floor was saturated & the fumes were awful that we had to leave again to let it air out. We requested to be moved but was told nothing else was available. The manager did offer a refund if we checked out. We drove 9 1/2 hours & wanted to finish our vacation so we opened the windows & turned on a fan to air it out & cleaned up the floor. The master shower gets water everywhere. The guest bathroom shower has little water pressure. The couch was dirty & so was the floor beside the couch. The only pro was the bed was comfortable

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our party of 4 adults stayed here for a long weekend. The property is a little further from downtown Gatlinburg than anticipated. We still had to drive downtown and pay to park. Plus the property only had one parking pass. We struggled finding overnight parking for the second vehicle. Our parking spot was also a parallel parking spot. Why?? The property was ready for arrival early in the day and I received a personal phone call. Also, another call to check in the following day and a personal text on departure. I think the quality of service the staff provided was 5 star and that’s where it ends. This place is only pretty in the pictures. The couch is uncomfortable and although this is listed as a townhouse. It isn’t listed as a townhouse that is entered on the 2nd floor of the condo. That’s another flight of stairs in the rain outside. Not fun or expected. There were no towel racks or toilet paper holders on the wall. The picture for the upstairs bath is deceiving. I was expecting a shower and bath. Not a rainfall shower in the tub. You can shower in this but water goes everywhere in the bathroom. The water pressure was okay in the upstairs bathroom but not strong at all in the downstairs bathroom. There were dirt/bug spots on the floor in the upstairs bathroom. The walls are paper thin. The door handle and code kept acting strange. I was convinced we would be locked out during this stay. We absolutely would not stay here again. We would consider another property with this company based on service alone. This condo needs ALOT of work.

Tennessee Gatlinburg. Condo rental.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was kinda hesitant about leaving a review because I don’t want anybody to take it the wrong way. The place has potential to be very wonderful. The location is a great location. The property was peaceful and quiet. The only reason I recommend to not refer company is because I just felt that the place was very fragile. Some examples were when I opened the cabinet door. I was afraid that one of the shelves may fall if we were to touch anything on that shelf so I avoided it for the whole week we were there. They did supply us with a tiny amount of dish soap for the dishwasher and for the sink so that was kind of something I wasn’t prepared to bring so I had to find a local store to purchase some of those items. Also the moment we had gotten there it was a long 9 Hour Dr. so we kind of just wanted to relax before we explore Gatlinburg so we sat on the couch and it was like sitting on a brick. It was very hard and stiff. I also noticed that there was absolutely no blankets in the front room which I felt was kind of weird because we were there in March and it does get chilly. Now they do have a fireplace, which is wonderful however, that was another thing I was scared to use because it was a wood-burning fireplace and there was no directions and with this not being my home I did not want to ruin anything. And I have stayed at plenty of Airbnb‘s and they have always left at least a booklet or a guide on how to use something like that. I also felt misled when there was a washer and dryer on the premises. I didn’t realize it was a coin laundromat so again I wasn’t prepared. I had to go and get quarters. I like renting from places that have a washer and dryer in the unit so that could’ve been my fault for miss reading that. We had noticed that one of the street lights beamed into the bedroom very bright. I had to clip one of the curtains closed. Overall, I just feel like this place provide you with just a simple amount of things one
