Annual family reunion

We've been gathering as a family for over 25 years at south Padre, recent years we've stayed at the Tiki. Our place had been remodeled and we had the kitchen for entertaining the large group, will plan on getting this unit for the years to come, great place and very responsive owner

Experience, apartment, and the place 10/10

The condo is very well located. The attention and service from the office were excellent, as were the maintenance and security staff, always friendly and very respectful. And what can I say about the apartment? It's simply spectacular: the decor, the cleanliness, the very spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything exceeded my expectations. This was the first time I used this service to stay with my family, and I loved it. I give it a 10/10 for everything. The beach is incredible, as are the restaurants and shops literally right next to the property. Highly recommended!

The PERFECT stay!

This newly renovated condominium is everything you imagined and more. It is so very accommodating to everyone. The thoughtfulness of everything placed in this condo is so well thought out. As a family of 7 it was greatly appreciated. Absolutely stunning condo in a perfect beachfront location! The moment we stepped inside, we knew we were in for a treat. The condo was immaculately clean, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay! The porch was quite peaceful and close enough to hear the waves. The condo's amenities, including a private pool that was very relaxing, surrounded by beautiful landscaping. The owners were friendly and responsive, making sure our stay was nothing short of exceptional. We can't wait to return to this little slice of paradise! 5 stars isn't enough - we'd give it 10 stars if we could!

I did not like anything about the property. The host is this rude and the reason I say that is because the weather was bad and I could not make it to my destination they wouldn’t give me a refund or change my dates the hostess stop answering the phone calls wouldn’t respond in a timely amount. The highways was closed down and that’s why I couldn’t make it and instead of him, showing concern about his property and my safety. He did not come so therefore I say do not book with him because if something happened, you would not get a refund or even a credit for later dates
