I’m very close to retirement which means I’ll have the luxury of time to indulge in the many things that bring me joy. One of those things is to take advantage of this amazing area I live in. I’ll have the time to stroll through the village as I pick from one of the cafes in which to lounge with a good book & an excellent cappuccino. I’d also take my bike up to the preserve or out on the rail trail to visit the hidden treasures often.

This property is located in the heart of the village yet in a quiet, tucked away spot. There are several areas on the property to relax, enjoy your coffee in a chair or hammock and listen to the birds.
New Paltz NY is known for outdoor adventures like rock climbing, mountain biking, miles and miles of gorgeous hiking trails, easy access to the Empire State Rail Trail system (several blocks away) also convenient to wineries, farm stands, art galleries, museums, nature preserves, as well as a quick walk to restaurants and cafes right in town.
