Decent place

Hosts were very responsive. Once we found it..... front door is located in a public, paid parking lot, -- check in was easy. Checkout was easy. Quite a few lightbulbs could be replaced & nails/screws to be hammered down- terrible scratch on my leg from a nail in the steps. Easy to stretch out & location was great. The location of the property was fantastic since it was walkable to everything downtown. The property itself was cute and well-maintained, although the kitchen and bathrooms could use a refresh. The train was definitely loud at various times throughout the night, but we had read that in previous reviews, so we were totally expecting it. It seemed some things were overlooked in the process of preparing the property for guests. There were no trashbags for the kitchen receptacle, trashbags had not been placed in the bathroom wastebaskets, handsoaps and lotions were empty in several areas, shampoo/conditioner/bodywash bottles in the showers were broken or missing altogether. We are pretty low-maintenance folks, so we made due, but the attention to detail was lacking. It also took the host 23 hours to respond to our booking request, so we were in a bit of a panic questioning whether our booking was accepted or not. I had to message the host to ask for check in instructions, which were then promptly provided. I did message the host upon our departure, and did not receive a reply to that message either. In any event, the property was clean, the beds were comfortable, and it was in a great location.

Good Location to places but right next to train

The decor is cute and we were with the size and amounts of beds. The bedding was good. There were no curtains so that was bothersome with light and the train came multiple times while sleeping so that was no fun. There are light bulbs out. Electricity went out but host was responsive and it came back on. Pool table was fun to have.
