An amazing place to stay. The space is very comfortable. And the property is a pretty farm with animals u can spend time watching. I thoroughly enjoyed it would definitely stay again!

I loved staying at the Christmas Tree Farm. The cottage is very comfortable and was perfect for us. We would wake up, get our coffee and go outside to say hello to the goats, chickens and roosters. It reminded me of a Hallmark Christmas movie set. The town of Tiverton does not disappoint! Driving around town will experience beautiful landscapes from sailboats on the water, to stonewalls for miles surrounding farm land and true New England style homes.

Lovely little cottage! Everything the two of us needed. Quiet, comfortable and well appointed. They even provided some simple condiments, fresh local coffee, a bottle of wine and their own local honey! Visiting the farm stand and being able to walk the farm was great too. Just a simple slice of heaven in Rhode Island.

We had a great stay here. Had everything we needed. The cottage was spacious and comfortable. We loved the charm of the setting, including the goats and chickens and, of course, being on a Christmas tree farm! Would look forward to returning.

So much care was put into insuring that we had a comfortable stay at this quaint cottage nestled in a site that include friendly goats, chickens, beehives – and yes of course Christmas trees. We enjoyed fresh eggs, herbs and honey from the on-site farm stand. It’s only a five-minute drive to the Four Corners area with food choices that range from fine gourmet dining to good old homemade ice cream in waffle cones, and shopping that ranges from curated imported specialties to down and weathered, local antiques. The accommodation has a casual quality with all the conveniences you would want. In the evenings we watched the sun go down against the treetops, enjoying our meals al fresco. Our hosts were delightful. Thank you!

A PERFECT VACATION

From beginning to the end of our week at the Clark Christmas Tree Farm we enjoyed every minute. Everything about the property including the hosts was "first rate". We will make every effort to book our 2026 vacation there.

Cozy farm stay

Cozy cottage on quiet farm, enjoyed visiting the chickens, goats and farm stand. The cottage was very clean and well stocked. The air conditioner, fans and dehumifier kept it comfortable during the hot weather.

Quaint, cute & cozy

My husband and I stayed in this cute cozy place for six nights. Very welcoming, great location and awesome hosts. Eric and Catherine have made sure you have everything you could need, very well appointed place. Easy communication and welcome packet with all kinds of information along with pamphlets and flyers and maps were very helpful. We were very thankful for all of the great recommendations on restaurants, shops and especially ice cream ! Nice peaceful location and centrally located, easy to get to popular destinations / sightseeing. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and if we make it back to Rhode Island we would love to stay there again. Thank you Catherine and Eric!

Cozy and comfy cottage

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Eric and Catherine’s place. There are a lot of nearby restaurants, beaches, and things to do. Eric and Catherine are kind enough to provide recommendations, maps, and brochures of must see locations, like Newport.

Rhode Island Mother's Day weekend

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Tiverton Christmas Tree Cottage. We arrived on a very rainy afternoon and everything was super easy and convenient and the home so lovely, we decided to stay home for the rest of the evening! It was in a great location for us to spend a couple of days exploring the area. Five Stars for sure!

Wonderful Christmas Tree Cottage!

We come to Tiverton for a hockey tournament every April. This year, we decided to stay in a VRBO and landed on the Christmas Tree cottage. The property was beautiful and relaxing and easy to find. The cottage itself was a decent size for 2 adults and a teenager. The kitchen is small but well stocked. We made delicious breakfasts and dinners each day during our 4-day stay with ease. There is a slight musty smell, mostly in the bedroom, but it got better the longer we were there (or we got used to it?) it was not a deal breaker though. Washer/dryer was easily accessible and an amenity we took advantage of. The best part of the property? The GOATS that are a mere 10 or so steps from the cottage’s side door! We found ourselves out visiting with them multiple times a day. We also loved walking through the growing Christmas tree farm. In the info pack the owners provided, they talked about the tree farm, its history, and what we would see walking around. I loved that extra detail because it made me appreciate my stroll around the farm that much more. The info guide is chockful of useful info about the property and surrounding area. Foghead Beach is less than 1.5 miles up the road and we visited it twice during the weekend. LOTS of shells and no one around. Overall, we had a wonderful time here. If we are in the area again next year, we hope to book a stay again here.

Clarks Christmas Tree Farm is the oldest such farm in Rhode Island, established in 1958. We are the second owners after the Clarks sold it and our family has been here since 2005. We moved here from Newport where we'd lived for 20-years.
Since moving here we've affixed a number of improvements including construction of a post and beam barn which now houses the equipment and shop for our Christmas tree operation. As a small farm, selling Christmas trees is more hobby than vocation - we have 'day jobs.'
