The complimentary golf cart gives you easy access to beaches, shops, and restaurants. Conveniently located near Sandestin, Santa Rosa Beach, Destin, and 30A and a short drive in the free golf cart from dozens of great restaurants and shops. Lovely home in a great location! We were able to walk to the outlet mall and multiple restaurants which was fun. Communication with the host Alex was easy. We spent a lot of time on the beautiful back patio. We would definitely return!

Very clean home. All the kitchen devices available to do grilling and cooking. Just a few steps to the beach. There were items for the beach including 2 coolers, a lily mat, and boogie board. The gasoline powered golf cart was perfect for 6 adults. The house was close to so many restaurants and the grocery store. We enjoyed our stay.

House was beautiful big enough for a large family or group. Kitchen was amazing to cook in. Had everything you could possibly need to make vacation meals. The back deck over looking the water was beautiful. The waster was so full of curios turtles. Fun for the kids to watch and then a very short walk down to the beach. The golf cart was spectacular for short trips down the street contemplate night ice cream run. Would definitely stay again.

Great Getaway

We loved the Sandy Feet condo. From the moment we walked in we knew this was a special place. The condo is equipped with everything you could think of from beach chairs to coolers and even an inflatable boat ready to go. The place was up to date, cool, and comfortable. I’d stay here again!

Absolutely Wonderful!!

Our stay here in this fabulous home was incredible! From the excellent communication with the owners to the fantastic location, amenities, and thoughtful house setup, everything exceeded our expectations. The home is stocked with everything you could possibly need — from sand toys and towels to a fully equipped kitchen. If anything isn’t perfect, the owners are quick to respond. The beach is literally just steps away, the patio offers plenty of comfortable seating, and the pool is the perfect size, heated to perfection. We can't wait to visit again!

Post-Christmas family vacation

We had a wonderful stay right after Christmas! It’s an easy walk to the private beach and the neighborhood is really quiet. The weather didn’t cooperate otherwise we would have used the pool. We enjoyed using the kitchen and the grill.

Amazing Getaway

A beautiful home and beach to stay at for vacation! The house has a lot of room for plenty of people. The walk to the beach was less than a minute it seemed. The beach is beautiful no matter what time of day. The pond out back of the house of the deck is beautiful. It was fun to count all of the turtles that would swim by. Our family will for sure be back! :)

This beautiful home was more than we could ask for and more. There was plenty of room for everyone. Spacious patio with a beautiful view! Access to a private beach! There is so much to do around Miramar Beach and Destin, but you can have an amazing and relaxing time without even leaving the property! The property manager was very attentive and responsive to any questions or concerns. I highly recommend this beautiful home for your vacation needs.

We loves sandy feet beach retreat

We loved the house all the furnishings are beautiful and comfortable! Every bathroom has a full shower. The back deck has a great pool for kids and awesome lounge chairs …. The beach is two seconds from the house and such a beautiful beach… we had 9 adults and 7 kids with us and we never felt crowded, I definitely recommend

Great stay

We had 11 people, five adults and six kids and the space was great for us. We did have an issue with the pool heater a couple days into using it but they sent someone back out to fix it (we had two days of a cold pool). The beach access is perfect, the outside area was wonderful and the lotion was close to everything we needed.

Beautiful home

Two families stayed in this gorgeous house. Between us, we had many children under 12. Every person had a beautiful personal space and we had a blast in the pool and walking a short distance to the beach. The kitchen was great for cooking meals for everyone. We had a great experience and built lifetime memories. Fantastic!

It was the perfect house for our two families, is very spacious, and is in the perfect location. Win Dixie is just right down the street and the Outlets are right across the main 98 highway. We especially loved the easy access to the beach which was just a short walk from the house. The house was well stocked with beach gear, more than what I expected, and having the two additional chairs and umbrella service at the beach was convenient. We did have a maintenance issue with the hot water, however it was quickly resolved. The management company was amazing to communicate with and was very professional and courteous. The golf cart was nice addition if you wanted to go get a quick bite to eat or go for some ice cream on Scenic 98. The kids and the adults loved the game room and taking a dip in the pool was amazing after spending all day at the beach. The beds were comfortable and the updated bathrooms were a plus. The kitchen had the basic essentials, however additional baking dishes and serving platters/dishes would have been nice to have. Check out was very easy! We were very satisfied with our stay and we look forward to renting Sandy Feet Retreat again!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our third consecutive year to stay at a home in Shipwatch during the month of May. The floor plan of this house worked well with three adult couples. We all had privacy and a private bathroom. We loved the size of the pool and the water was warm. The back deck was large enough to play games. We had no issues and appreciate how easy it was to check in and communicate with the property manager. Checking out was just as easy and only required removing trash and starting the dishwasher. The home was clean and tastefully decorated. The game room in back was nice to drop the beach stuff at the end of the day. It will be very diffcult for us to stay somewhere other than Shipwatch after enjoying such a quiet, private beach. We walked to Whale's Tail and Surf Hut and enjoyed having a golf cart for those quick trips to Winn Dixie or Bad *** Coffee. We hope to stay at 98 Shipwatch again!

This property is better than the pictures! The location is perfect. The rooms are spacious. The management team was very responsive. Unfortunately, we were there during a jet stream cold wave making it too cold to benefit from the heated pool. We can't wait to come back to experience all the property has to offer.
