Excellent location, Clean and Comfortable

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed as this property several times over the years. The location is excellent. This time I stayed here for two weeks. I did not rent a car or a golf cart. It’s a two block walk to the beach and one block to Publix, CVS and other stores and restaurants. The trolley stops are two blocks away so I had all the transportation I needed throughout the island. It’s always clean and well kept. The pool is great and there is laundry on premises as well. I can’t wait to return again!

Property was as described. Great location. Very walkable to many stores & restaurants. It was a bit tight for a family of 5. More suited for a family of 4. Overall very clean. Pool area was nice. Liked that linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella and beach accessories were provided but it would have been nice to have a wagon or cart to get everything to the beach since it’s about 2 blocks to the beach.

Loved the location. Perfect to get to everywhere. Condo was very nice. Could have been a shade cleaner, but all in all loved it and we had a perfect weather week. We were very blessed being here.

Property is exactly what the pictures show you! We had an absolutely great week, beds are comfortable and the whole unit was spotless! Convenient to shopping just down a short path and you are at the grocery store, liquor, & drug store!! We only used our car twice the whole time! Once to go see Coquina beach where our grandson is getting married & the second time to go to the Waterfront restaurant for dinner! Beach is a short walk of maybe a block away, the unit provided beach chairs umbrella's, beach toys for kids, pool noodles and coolers for the beachUnit is well stocked with everything the kitchen needs, extra blankets for the beds or throws for just snuggling on the couch at night! 2 balconies one off the master bedroom, and one out front! Both provide chairs and front porch has a table with 4 chairs should you want to eat dinner outside! Pool is very clean and larger than I expected1. Plenty of lounge chairs, with additional table ' chairs for sit around. Pool water was warm and at just the right temp, not too cold but not overly warm! Communication between us and the host was excellent! They checked in with us during the week to make sure everything was ok or if we had any questions! I would highly recommend this unit for those looking for a quiet place with all your needs for an enjoyable vacation! Yes, we would definitely stay again when traveling back to Anna Maria Island!! Want a great burger go to Skinny's right at the end of the street.

A wonderful week in Paradise

Aside from a great location, the condo was clean, well stocked and comfortable. The pool was amazing! We will definitely return to this great place.

Great Location!

Nice property! Clean. Close to shopping beaches many restaurants, with in 2 blocks. Bridge Street just a short drive. In a busy area, but felt secluded. Nice pool area, would recommend, limited use of large pool inflatables, when more than 2 or 3 people in the pool. Not much room to swim. Thank you, for a nice place to hang our hat for a week. we have vacationing on the island for 40 years!

Great Location!

This property is in a fabulous location. Someone could easily stay here and not need a vehicle. We opted to get a golf cart for fun, but everything we needed was within walking distance. The beach is 2 blocks away. CVS and Publix is a block away. The free trolley that travels throughout the island has a stop by Publix as well. We had 5 adults and 1 toddler in our group. The living space was a little tight at times, but there is a great deck to hang out on.

Perfect getaway

The condo was comfy and clean and loaded with good dishes and misc items . There was some laundry soap and extra garbage bags . The ice maker worked. We liked the deck , pool and laundry area .

Two blocks from one of the best beaches in the USA

Nice two bedroom condo. Pool was clean and the condo served its purpose well. Publix grocery, dining and shopping a block away, couldn’t ask for much more. One complaint, the bed in the master bdrm squeaked every time we moved. We were worn out from the beach activities so we slept okay, but that was pretty annoying. Other than that, book this place. Covered parking and ample storage, we had a great stay.

Long Holiday

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful. Stayed for about 4 weeks over the holiday break for both Xmas and New Years. Location was perfect! Would stay here again. One highlight - the management company is fantastic. Super helpful! Pros: So much in walking distance and loved the little park on the eastside of the property. The unit was well stocked with all the essentials. Comfy beds and pillows. Great hot water and water pressure. Cons: Which I'm sure the team will address promptly. Could be cleaner. Windows and under things were dusty/hairy/dirty. Unit needs a new vacuum. Heat kicked on and made it even more dusty. Not sure when the furnace filter was changed last/duct work cleaned. Lots of construction in the area. Granted this uncontrollable but did make for some noisy earlier days.
