Fantastisk havsutsikt i detta två sovrum plus loft Maui semesteruthyrning! Nedre sovrummet har 2 enkelsängar. I övervåningen sovrummet finns en queen size-säng och loftet har också en queen size-säng. Kök och badrumsskåp uppdateras. Badkar och duschkabin i övervåningen. Bottenvåningen har 2014 installerat walk-in brick-dusch. Härliga tropiska rottingmöbler med drottning döljer en säng i vardagsrummet, rottingmatsalen. Väldigt bekväm. Plattskärms-TV i vardagsrummet, TV också i sovrummet. Redo med allt du behöver för en underbar Maui-semester och ligger tvärs över gatan från en vacker strand med fantastiska solnedgångar!

My family and friends really enjoyed our stay here. The lanai closet was really convenient as it had a few chairs, beach umbrella, pool noodles, footballs to play with at the beach, beach toys, tennis rackets and so much more! It helped save us money from having to rent these things out. The place was clean and did not have any funky smell. It had condiments and spices that were useful when we forgot some stuff. Plenty of cookware, kitchen utensils, and dinning ware. The extra bed upstairs did get hot but there was plenty of fans to help. The entire building this place was on had a water closure due to maintenance for three of the days we were there during the day time hours but we made it so we were out and about for the time that it was set to go out so we didn’t really mind it. There was a lot of construction/maintenance being done while we were there on the other buildings and it was hard to find parking during the day but in the evening there was no problems. The pool was clean and had a great view of the sunset each evening. I love the proximity to the beach where we walked to without having to take our car. Overall a great stay and great price. Definitely will recommend to friends and family.

If you love heat, rent this unit

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great overall stay except for the HEAT in the unit. The 2 room air conditioner units in the 2 bedrooms were adequate for those rooms, but the living roon, kitchen and loft were extremely uncomfortable. We even bought 2 small coolers that didn't do much unless you were sitting directly in front of them. This may be a great unit in winter months, but I can't recommend it for a summer stay.

Unit was furnished with everything needed for cooking, cleaning, laundry. Queen bed upstairs needs a new mattresses—we both rolled to the middle. The worst thing was the heat! There are only 2 room-size air conditioners, one in each bedroom. The rest of the unit—kitchen, living room, upstairs loft—were unbearably hot. We bought 2 small cooling units at Home Depot to help out those areas but it wasn’t enough. If the owner would replace the existing window coverings on the sliding doors with something that would block the afternoon sun it would help a lot.

Simple to book, host was very communicative and let us know everything we needed to about the property. Very easy process, especially considering that it was a relatively last-minute booking. The host was very accommodating as well when we needed to extend our stay unexpectedly

Great location but not very warm toward families

The location to the beach was awesome, about a 5 min walk with kids and hauling gear. The rental had tons of beach toys which my kids loved borrowing. The interior and kitchen items are outdated but it was a comfortable and clean stay. The stay was really tainted though by the neighbors. We had multiple occurrences were people were so rude related to our kids playing "too loud" at the pool or on the large grassy area. All the areas were public areas and during regular hours (we weren't outside being loud during quite hours or even close to quiet hours). I realize that having a handful of kids, our toleration of noise is probably higher than others but on both of the noted occasions the kids were with their parents and we were not being wild, just normal behavior at the pool or playing at a park. Everywhere we went at the complex, it seemed we got dirty looks and little rude comments. We would not stay here again. We weren't able to relax and have fun like we would want on a vacation with our family. So if you are traveling with kids, maybe not the best place to stay.

Well stocked unit, beautiful view

Well stocked unit with plenty of beach items, kitchen items, etc. Beautiful view from the lanai, probably one of the best in the complex! One downside that I wasn’t aware of is there is no elevator access to this unit.

Condo Rental Beware

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is great, right across the street from the beach and beautiful sunsets! Lanai had a great view of the ocean. Our condo was not well maintained. It had dirty carpets and very dirty old furniture, (both should be replaced), a leaky fridge and a poorly working dishwasher. The bathrooms needed a good scrub and the plug in the upstairs tub didn't work well, water kept leaking out. No windex was provided for the glass dining and coffee table. No cleaning supplies for bathroom sink and toilets provided. The locker had some beach supplies but was also very disorganized and dirty. Manager service was OK. I'd recommend the property and location with a warning that every condo is maintained (by the owner) differently and you are taking chance. It could be really well maintained with updates or poorly maintained and dirty, like ours.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was dated (old rug etc) but clean and comfortable with excellent location in the complex. Kitchen reasonably but eclectically supplied, no kettle though (a problem for us tea drinkers). There are lots of beach toys et. Most puzzling to us was the Coop's approach cleaning supplies - there was no mop and no whisk, let alone any cloths or cleaning solutions etc. It might be in the owner's interest to have these materials on hand for guests.....

The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, dishes and utensils. The location was perfect! We watched whales from our lanai. Right across the street from the beach and within walking distance to many great restaurants. We would rent this condo again!

Nice place. Not perfect, but nice.

Condo was well equipped with kitchen gear, towels, beach toys, comfortable beds and guide books. Only drawback was the inadequate air conditioning. (2 small air conditioners)

Reviewer Comments: This location was ideally located & the grounds were amazing.The condo itself was fine for what we needed, a space to eat & sleep, but the condo is in DIRE need of an upgrade! The carpets are OLD and NEED replacing & the kitchen, while serviceable, also needs an upgrade.While the condo needs some upgrades, I need to say the cleanliness of the condo when we arrived was questionable. I am certain that we left the condo cleaner (I cleaned the condo myself, but still not the cleanest) than when we arrived. The people cleaning the condo do not do a good job, they only clean the surfaces (example: the top of the fridge had YEARS of dirt solidified, took me 15 min. to clean & it still WAS NOT clean).Otherwise, this condo & the complex were great & we'd recommend the Hale Kamaole complex to others.

Disappointing condo

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in Hale Kamaole for 12 of the last 15 years. Have a good experience in all the condos until now. 223 is the most disappointing condo we have stayed in. It needs some serious attention. There are soft spots in the upper bedroom floor that are going to punch through some day soon. Some of the grout in the upstairs bathroom is missing and the tiles are starting to come loose. We had to buy a kettle because the one in the condo was filled with black scale. The kitchen is short of utensils. The scissors in the kitchen drawer look like it was dug out of a garden after being buried for years. The location is great with a good ocean view. Would expect a much better maintained condo for $429 a night

Great location!

We had a great stay at Hale Kamaole! Great location, right across the street from the beach. Very clean with lots of towels and beach equipment like chairs, coolers, umbrella, boogie boards, etc. The pool was great for days when you don't want to get sandy at the beach. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops.
