Perfect location

This house was absolutely perfect for our family with young children. Beach access is very close, so are the restaurants. The pool is also perfect. I highly recommend staying here!

Great host

Donna was such an amazing host! From telling us about all the best places to eat/ beach/ take the kids, to a minute by minute update of when the blue angels were going to fly over, we could not have asked for a better experience. The location of the home was very close to everything to do in Gulf Breeze and a quick walk to beach.

Relaxing

Enjoyed our time relaxing on the patio and in the pool. Short walk to beach and great neighborhood for our morning and evening walks. Close to peer and if ya didn’t want to walk you could catch a cart ride to your destination. Donna our host was most helpful and greeted us upon arrival.

Wonderful!

Donna was so helpful during the whole process, we arrived early and had a few hours until check in but she communicated quickly and we were able to get there within the hour. The property location was perfect and the walking distance to the beach was the cherry on top, especially with kids. Definitely a great stay.

Perfect

My family stayed here for 7 days. The location is perfect. Close to the beach Quiet at night. Nearby everything. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Pool and patio were great for hanging outside at night. The beds were super comfy. Had no issues at all with anything. I highly recommend and would definitely return. Donna was 100% wonderful at check in and out.

Family vacation

Very nice home. Had everything that you need other than your personal items. Donna, the property manager met me at the property and walked me through to make sure I was acclimated to the home. She was very responsive to texts and even gave us a quick update that the Blue Angels were flying by one evening. Perfect location, short walk to beach which was beautiful and not overcrowded at all. We enjoyed the back yard, pool area! Very close to restaurants and shopping. Will definitely stay here again.

Relaxing Getaway!

This property was perfect from the beach access to the private pool. The house was super clean and has all the necessary amenities. The grill is new and clean. The neighborhood is quiet and close to all the main eateries and shops on Pensacola Beach. Donna, the property manager was great. She was always accessible and responsive. We’re definitely coming back!

Very nice

Very nice property, close proximity to beach. Neighborhood quiet. Very clean, added bonus pool. Downside rained everyday, no fault of owner. Would recommend adding roof over patio area so you could sit outside even if it rained. Otherwise highly recommend.

Adorable beach house

The house was very clean, yard was well kept. All of the amenities a family could need. Beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, swim fins were all available for us. Very comfortable and cozy house. Location was walking distance from restaurants and shopping. We would stay here again!

Girl’s Getaway

The property was amazing! It had absolutely everything we needed and more. Super close to the beach and all the restaurants and shops along the strip in Pensacola Beach. Check in was easy and the communication with the property manager was excellent. I highly recommend this property, in fact we will definitely try to book it again next year!!!

Great Location

We loved it here and will be back! Pros: -Proximity to beach- the location is less than a 4 minute walk around the corner. -Privacy of back yard/house in general -Well-maintained pool -Plenty of outdoor seating -Plenty of dishes/cooking essentials such as spices, flour, olive oil, cooking spray, etc. Cons: -As close as you are to the beach, if you have a person with bad legs/impaired mobility, it's difficult to make the trek to the actual beach from the entrance. The closest paved wheelchair ramp wasn't within walking distance. -The house is functional, not luxurious. What you see in the photos is what you get. If you are looking for a big tub and fancy fixtures, you will be disappointed. We were beyond happy with the house, but our expectations were reasonable. -The TV situation is somewhat wonky if you aren't tech savvy. Many remotes. Few channels. I had to change the TV for my 69-year-old mother every time, and her room didn't get CBS (real end-of-the-world stuff, I know). However, there also isn't a TV in the main kitchen/living area, so my family, who is clearly tv-centric, struggled to find a place to congregate together inside. If your family likes to talk to each other or play board games, etc., it would be perfect for you. We had a wonderful experience, overall, and will definitely be back!

A sweet retreat in the perfect place

Small, well laid out, lots of nice features that provided two of us a cozy place To retreat from work etc.. There so many loving touch’s. We will look forward To another stay. Did I mention the perfect beach access?

Great House and Great Location in Pensacola

This property is in a great neighborhood with a short walk to the beach and to the boardwalk. We enjoyed the pool and location from the beach was great. Definitely will be returning.
