belÀgen tvÀrs över gatan frÄn Mexikanska golfen. Vi föredrar att hyra varje vecka, frÄn lördag till lördag eller söndag till söndag men kommer att övervÀga kortare vistelser. Interiören Àr
avslappnade mediterranian stil. Stugan Àr tvÄ vÄningar ovanför pÄlverk
med en sluten garage nedan.
Den första vÄningen Àr ett rymligt vardagsrum med ett angrÀnsande matsal
omrÄde och bekvÀmt kök. Det stora sovrummet och
badet Àr undangömt pÄ första vÄningen. Ta spiraltrappa upp
till smidesjÀrn rasade katt promenad dÀr ytterligare tvÄ sovrum Àr
belÀgen. Sovrummen pÄ övervÄningen har ett badrum mellan dem.
BÄda badrummen har stora, kaklade duschkabiner. Alla bÀnkskivor
(Kök & bad) Àr granit. Den övre vÄningen rum har stora
balkonger och sovrummet kliver ut pÄ huvuddÀck som
omger huset. Den stora akterdÀck (40'x20 ") har en sittgrupp. Det finns ocksÄ en stor utomhus dusch med varmt / kallt vatten och en dressing bÀnk ligger nere mellan garaget och tillbaka trappor.

A great experience ! We will be back !

We loved the house! We so enjoyed Pensacola and couldn’t have asked for a better home owner to work with !! Oh and having all the newly renovated patios! The outside shower was a plus that we were surprised to like as well !

Great house

We had a great vacation! The house is very clean and very short walk to the beach. Richard is a very nice and attentive owner. The outside shower is great! Plenty of beach toys, chair and has a tent as well. We definitely will be back.

Great stay

Awesome property with amazing decks in very close proximity to Beach/access. It isn't a party neighborhood, but we were always able to have a good time on property hassle free. Very nice host. We would stay again.

Amazing Stay

Highly recommend this place. House was amazing and check in was easy. Beach was a quick walk away. We had one of our best trips yet in Pensacola. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful home!!

We had an amazing experience! The property owner has great communication and personally showed us the property and asked if we had any special requests. Property is clean and exactly what we needed for our trip. Street was nice and quiet and It’s a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed every minute of our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Proximity to the beach was close enough for our 3 year old to walk each day with us. The owner keeps a lot of beach toys in the garage that we had fun playing with.

Great location

We had a great time! Not a bad walk to the beach, close enough to the shops and restaurants to drive but not right in the middle of it all. There were not enough beach chairs so Richard went and bought brand new ones for us. Great host!

Wonderful Location

This house was perfect. The owner, Richard, met us on arrival and gave us a tour. He was readily available if we needed anything throughout our stay. The property was very clean and in a perfect location. Access to the beach was about a 2 minute walk, and we were close to attractions and restaurants. The house was fully stocked with kitchen equipment. We will definitely want to stay here on our next visit!

Perfect Fit

We absolutely loved our stay at Richard’s Beach House. It had everything we needed and accommodated for five guests perfectly. One of my favorite parts about this beach house was the outdoor shower, I never took a shower inside! Richard was a wonderful host and we cannot wait to be back!

Awesome home

The home was very comfortable and had such a pleasant feel. The house was very clean and well stocked. The host was there to meet us and gave wonderful instructions on the house. We really loved the location of the house. It was a short walk to the AMAZING beach and a quick drive to stores and restaurants. We WILL go back!

The only place I’ll stay in Pensacola

This was my first time using Vrbo and I don’t think there could have been a better host with a great property to show me. Richard was an awesome host who is very strong in communication, fairness, and overall a great person. The property was perfectly located for a 2 minute walk to the beach. The 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with the open area down stairs was perfect for my group of 6 friends. The BBQ grills were a nice touch but the outdoor shower was the best part. 100% will be coming back and staying at this property again.

Great trip!

We were in town for a family wedding and the house worked perfectly for us! The beds were super comfy and the entire house was clean and well stocked. The owners were wonderful to work with and very responsive. The only thing of note would be a small word of caution about the spiral staircase. We were perfectly ok with it but it is definitely steep and would be very difficult to navigate with any mobility issues. okthing

Convenient & Cozy

We had a nice time staying here. We enjoyed the upgrades like new second level deck and outdoor shower. The walk to the beach was only a block and a half and did not take long at all. The yard area around the house does have stickers so renters should be aware of that. The stairs can be a little tricky and I wouldn’t recommend for young children for safety purposes. We had a lovely time here though! This property was cozy for family hang out time and delightfully convenient to beach access! We would book again!

Disappointed

There was keyless entry that did not function, so 1key for 4 adults was unacceptable. We had no access to local TV or cable, Master bedroom is very small, no vanity space in bath, space was also limited because of extra items and bedding being stored so we never ‘unpacked’, bed was uncomfortable. Nice area, beautiful beach but would want better accommodations for return visit
