Close to all the action, yet arrive into the house and walk into a welcoming sanctuary of peace and serenity. The house is a 2 -story structure, offering over 3,000 sf. of living space, high ceilings, large windows, and hardwood floors throughout. Gorgeous double mahogany doors, 20 ft. high entrance, spacious living room, dinning room, family room and fully equipped kitchen. Flowing open space concept. Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

This neighborhood of Hollywood Dell is the best kept secret. The house is light and bright, and the views incredibly beautiful. Having coffee in the mornings at one of the patios listening to the birds sing is so enjoyable. Walking around the neighborhood one gets to see the different architectural designs, historic and current star homes. Many movie industry people reside in this area. I love walking to the Hollywood reservoir lake, a must to any visitor. I always take my guests to check the Hollywood sign visible from there.
It feels and is very private, while our location is very central near the freeway to take you anywhere else.
