House Rules – Please Read Before Booking
We want Tranquility By The Sea to be a peaceful, clean, and safe space for all guests—and our rules are in place to protect that experience. By booking, you agree to the following:

Occupancy & Use

Maximum of 8 guests allowed (this includes children)—no unregistered guests

No parties or events of any kind

Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Pets
While we truly love our furry friends, pets of any kind are not allowed at this property.
If a pet is brought into the home, guests will be asked to leave immediately without a refund, and a $300 additional cleaning fee will apply.
Thanks for understanding—we’ve worked hard to maintain a clean, welcoming space for all guests!

Smoking, Vaping & Drugs

This is a 100% smoke-free home, including the deck and patio

No smoking or vaping of any substance is allowed

Absolutely no drugs permitted on the property

Violation = immediate removal, no refund, and a $300 cleaning fee

Fire Safety
To keep everyone safe, open flames are strictly prohibited, including:

Candles, Fireworks, Incense, Personal fire pits or heating devices

Only the outdoor gas grill (bring your own propane) may be used, and it must never be left unattended

Security & Safety

Exterior security cameras are in place for guest and property safety

There are no cameras inside the home

Tampering with or disabling cameras will result in immediate removal with no refund

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out are not available
Our cleaning team needs the full window to prepare the home to the highest standard. Arriving early or leaving late may result in a $100 fee

Vehicles and neighborhood details

All vehicles - 4 at max (including golf carts and ATVs) must be parked in the driveway or under the house. No parking or driving on the grass or neighbor's property. Also, please do not walk through any of the neighbor's properties/driveways.

Trash & Septic

All trash must be bagged and placed in outdoor trash bins before departure

The home is on a septic system: please flush toilet paper only—no wipes or other items

Owner’s Closets

Locked storage areas are located above the refrigerator, in drawers under the bunkbeds, and within the bunkbed stairs

These are reserved for owner use—please do not tamper with locks

Weather & Unforeseen Events
We are unable to offer refunds for weather, natural disasters, power outages, or other situations beyond our control. For peace of mind, we strongly recommend travel insurance to protect your vacation plans.

Great place and location.

We enjoyed our stay here. The place was so adorable and they provided everything we needed. There are two rooms on the main floor and a loft bedroom with two twin beds each with a trundle bed underneath. The couch has a pull out bed inside it.

Great Summer Vacation Spot

House was exactly as shown in the pictures, plenty of bed choices for our 3 girls, two bathrooms was really convenient! Very close access to the beach as described. The outdoor shower and sandal cleaning setup was helpful too. Fully functional kitchen was utilized for our 3 night stay. The host was on top of communications and check in / out was painless. Thank you for helping our summer vacation be a great success!

The house was very nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay. The outdoor shower is nice coming back from the beach along with the outside chairs under the house. The beach is a short walk away and was not crowded at all while we were there. There are plenty of games to play and lots of charging stations in the house. The house is on stilts as you can see, but know the house does sway at times. The house helped make our beach trip a great one.

The beach was an easy 2 minute walk away and the pool/playground area was 1 house away. It is a very nice quiet neighborhood. The place was very clean and still smelled new. I loved the coffee bar and the shampoo dispensers in the bathrooms. We had plenty of room for everyone. (3 adults and 2 kids) The only downside is that both bathrooms are only accessible through the bedrooms. It was not a problem for us but could be if you were staying with unrelated friends. I would highly recommend staying here. We would love to come back someday.

I chose this spot because it offers the best of both worlds. It’s just a short walk to the beach, but in a quiet and peaceful area that feels like a true escape. I love that it’s close enough to all the fun and activities in Crystal Beach—restaurants, shopping, and entertainment are just 8 miles away—but far enough removed to offer a little more privacy, fewer crowds, and a slower pace. It’s the perfect place to relax, recharge, and enjoy the beauty of the coast.

The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful—perfect for relaxing—but still close enough to all the fun of Crystal Beach when you’re ready to explore. You can walk to the beach in just a few minutes, and the community pool, playground, fire pit, and observation deck are literally just one house away.

What really makes this home special, though, is how it’s set up for you to enjoy every part of your stay. Whether you're sipping coffee with ocean views from the upper deck, grilling dinner while the kids play outside, or gathered around a board game at night, we’ve tried to think of all the little touches that make time away feel easy and refreshing.

I designed this space with families in mind—comfortable, spacious, and full of thoughtful details—so you can focus on making memories and soaking in the slow, breezy pace of life at the beach.
