The condo is very spacious. Amazing views of the beach. We loved the location- easy to walk to Rosemary or Alys. Lots of restaurant options.The beach was extremely crowded. We were thankful that we rented an umbrella and chairs so we had a reserved space every day. The area for people to setup their own chairs and umbrellas was very small. The pool didn't have much privacy since the entrance to the boardwalk was right next to the pool. The chairs for the dining table on the balcony were worn out. Overall, a great trip. Just be prepared for a very crowded beach!

This Penthouse was absolutely beautiful. The owners were great and the grounds are fabulous. The rooms, the balcony, the dining area....ALL were exactly perfect for me and my family. We adored the living space and had some great moments all together in the living room. The closeness to the pool and walkway to the beach are right out of the ground floor elevator. The private parking was amazing. There are just not enough words to describe how nice this home away from home is. The ONLY issue we had was getting up early enough to get a spot on the beach and that made it a tad frustrating. By 6:15am every spot across the front stretch of beach we were allowed to be on with private chairs was taken (it is literally maybe a 30 x 30 yard space to put it in context). Because we booked last minute there were no chairs available for rent with La Dolce Vita (the company who has the biggest allowance of the beach for chairs) and there is an extremely large amount of people that have access to that small stretch of sand since there are condos on both sides of the road that are given access. So, my advice is DON'T skip the condo, it's THAT nice..... just plan ahead and get those chairs. I would definitely stay here again.

Great 30A Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed this VRBO property! I would rent this place again for the view alone as the fourth floor provides a stunning view of the beautiful water and beach. Very spacious and comfortable!

Wonderful! Love the location to the beach, restaurants, shopping all within walking distance! This is the 4th or 5th year we’ve stayed here. Awesome!

Beautiful Ocean view. Comfortable beds easy access to the beach. Great for our family and my 91 year old mother. Check in was easy just had the wrong code. Immediate response when called. We also had a bike stolen but I’m not sure it was locked. It was a great vacation!

Rosemary Beach Vacation

This property was perfect. Very clean and well maintained. The amenities were great right next to the pool and oceanfront. Amazing views from the balcony and living room. The overall location is perfect as well, situated right between Rosemary and Alys Beach. We will definitely be going back.

Great property

This review is long overdue since we stayed Thanksgiving 2015... We couldn't have been happier there. The owner was very helpful and easy to work with. The place really clean and nicely put together. We highly recommend it and hope to be back one day.

Extremely Relaxing & Clean!

Extremely clean, roomy for our children and grandchild. Recommend this property to family or anyone wanting to see the sun rise/set at the beach! Would recommend the umbrella rentals and reservations for vehicles over two at Grayton Southern Storage.

unbeatable views

The balcony view could not be beaten. We brought chairs but realized we were so close to the sea that we ended up enjoying the beach from our balcony and going down to the beach to walk or collect sea shells. The place was beautiful and provided a great place to be with our family.

Beautiful Views

The condo was very clean and spacious. The location is perfect! We walked & biked everywhere. Lot’s to see & do. The balcony was the best part! The sunrises & sunsets are gorgeous! The grandkids absolutely had the best time. We hope to go back again soon.

Beautiful condo

Beautiful place, great location. The only negative thing was the shared access to the beach stayed busy non stop and the chair rental place took all the beach in front of the house and crammed everyone together in one small section. Paid way too much money to be packed in like sardines.

30A Adventure

We did our annual family vacation to the Panhandle and decided to try somewhere new along 30A and we are very glad we did. Our condo was centrally located between Aly’s Beach and Rosemary Beach which made it fun to check out something new every day. The condo was right on the Beach with a gorgeous view of the water and the pool. It was surprising to see how much of the beach space was reserved for the chair rentals vs first come first served beach space. Overall this was a fantastic trip and we will be returning since there is so much to see and do.

The condo itself deserves five stars. It is beautiful, clean, has stunning ocean views, and is in an unbeatable location. Communication with the host was excellent from booking through checkout, and we had no issues with the unit.Unfortunately, the beach and pool experience significantly impacted our vacation. We knew Fourth of July week would be busy—we’ve vacationed on 30A every July 4th for seven years—but we were not prepared for Seacrest Beach. Rental chairs consumed so much of the beach that guests were packed shoulder to shoulder, and at times we couldn’t see our children in the water because of the rows of umbrellas and chairs. As parents, that felt like a safety concern. We were also told Shibumi Shades were not allowed.The advertised “private beach access” simply meant wristband access to the shared Seacrest Beach area, not a more private beach experience as we expected.The pool also felt dated for a premium property and had virtually no shade during the hottest part of the day.Another surprise was parking. Although the listing includes two parking spaces, security told us beach chair attendants also park in the lot, meaning owners’ guests may not always have available spaces.The host and condo were outstanding. However, families planning to spend most of their vacation at the beach and pool should know those amenities may not match the quality of the accommodations.

Great beach vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. Location was excellent. Could tell that the condo owner uses the space as well a simply renting out the unit. I hope we treated the premises accordingly respecting the place as we would our own. Sadly we had one mishap. One of our girls collided with the closet door going to the bathroom in the dark. The closet door knob damaged the wall and we apologize that this happened and will pay for the repair. Hopefully it is not too big a fix but are sorry for the inconvenience.

2025 4th of July week

The condo was perfect. However beach chair and space on beach was terrible. Since the beach is the most important part for my family we will not be back to this duplex. I realize it was a holiday but we had friends who were in this area and this was not a problem at there condo. Too many condo units/homes are assigned to this small section of beach. As for chairs rental service …We tried to reserve chairs 1 month before our arrival and they were already booked. When we arrived we checked again and some were available but in the very back and were very expensive. However we made the best of it and had a great time.

Can’t beat the location

Phenomenal location right on seacrest beach. The condo was decently appointed, and everything worked. The view from the 4th floor balcony was amazing - with clear view of the sunset! We had 4 adults and 4 kids (5-8 years old) and never felt like we didn’t have enough room. There is only 1 real TV in the condo - in the living room. The others in the bedroom are computer monitor sized and not really suitable for watching at 6+ feet away. So just know that if your group is TV oriented. The wifi worked just fine, no issues there. The only other “quirk” to this condo is that there are no ceiling lights in the bedrooms. You have to use the various lamps for bedroom lighting. We made do, it was just unusual. Those are all minor things. We had a great time and would certainly stay in this condo again.
