The property was beautiful and clean. We had 3 kids under three and property was very kid friendly! Though I would recommend bringing a baby gate for the stairs, as the one provided didn't work at all.Microwave didn't work. Dryer didn't dry clothes on the first cycle and the kitchen sink water didn't get hot. All minor issues for us. We still absolutely loved our stay.

We stayed here with 6 adults and 7 children and there was plenty of space. The kitchen had empty cupboards for our food and plenty of seating. Lots of dishes as well. The beds were comfy we enjoyed the balcony. We all enjoyed the house.

This is a great place to vacation with friends. We really enjoyed our stay here. Especially when it rained and we played the golf themed game "Play Nine" all day. The beach is close enough to just go for a minute or to carry stuff down and stay all day. It would also be great, though less affordable, for a big multigenerational family. Especially those who require walker or wheelchair accessibility. The kitchen is well stocked though, weirdly, we couldn't find any measuring cups or measuring spoons. It literally had everything else and we managed just fine. The main beds were very comfortable and the bunk beds were pretty standard and fine for kids but not really for adults. Everything was very clean and worked well. Communication was great. I would recommend to friends and family.

Thank you for the thoughtful review—we love hearing this! Sounds like you made the most of your stay, even on a rainy day with a full round of Play Nine. That’s a great way to spend it. We’re glad the home was clean, comfortable, and a good fit for your group, and that the location made beach days easy whether it was a quick trip or an all-day hangout. We appreciate you pointing out the missing measuring cups and spoons—that’s definitely something that should be there. We’ll make sure those get added. And just know, if anything like that ever comes up during your stay, we have a full team ready to help and would be happy to bring anything you need so you can keep right on enjoying your vacation. Thanks again for staying with us and for the recommendation—we’d love to welcome you back anytime!

Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was decent, although wasn’t completely cleaned when we arrived, appliances on second floor malfunctioned and could not use them, dishes in cabinet were not clean, could have used more disposable items (such as paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, etc) but the walk to the beach was desirable.

Quick weekend trip

The house was amazing, especially huge main kitchen/dining area well stocked with anything you would need. All was clean as expected. There were a few loud neighbors partying on the balcony which didn’t bother us but upset one of the other neighbors to a point he was yelling threatening to call the cops. They were all much quieter after that. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Stay

We enjoyed our stay. It was very comfortable with plenty of room for our family. It’s walking distance from the beach. Having 2 kitchens and 2 refrigerators is a plus. The elevator was great for hauling stuff upstairs, but know that it doesn’t go to the 3rd floor and it is located in the garage. It was difficult for my mother who uses a cane to use.

Very clean and nice house. But it is not very close to the beach and you cannot see the ocean from the house. The house needs a water hose outside.

This house is amazing for families and friends. All age limits. The elevator was a life saver for myself and my husband (in our 60's, with bad knees). The customer service was awesome... my granddaughter left an old stuffed animal behind, and for very sentimental reasons we had to get it back... they made sure to find and send it back!

Great vacation home

This home was perfect for our family! It has a very well equipped kitchen and dining areas. Location was spot on. Short walk to beach and pool. One of the bedrooms is actually a small den with a pull out sofa bed. There were no linens for that bed. That was the only drawback. We were expecting another full bedroom. We would definitely stay in this home again. Loved the Banyan Beach area!
