This tastefuly decorated and newly renovated, 5th floor, 1 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath sleeps up to 5 comfortably and offers beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico from the living and dining area. The private balcony overlooks the pool and the sugar white sands of Panama City Beach. It's the perfect spot to watch the sunset in the evening or enjoy a cup of coffee on the balcony.  The living area is spacious and has a comfy queen size sofa sleeper and a flat screen TV.  The bedroom offers a king size bed and bunk beds in the hallway. There is a fully equipped kitchen complete with all normal kitchen appliances; refrigerator, stove, dishwasher as well as a washer & dryer, dual coffee pot (drip or Keurig), Ninja grill, air fryer and even a crockpot. There are also beach chairs, cooler, beach bag, beach games and kid toys and books for your enjoyment.  This unit includes BEACH SERVICE for TWO beginning Spring - Fall 2025!
The Summit Beach Resort offers guest onsite amenities such as two large swimming pools (one heated) Tiki Bar, Summit Market, Bikini Bobs Restaurant, hot tubs, picnic areas with grills, tennis courts, a basketball court, three shuffleboard courts and a fitness center. The resort is convenient to many favorite attractions such as Pineapple Willy’s, Ripley’s Believe It or Not, Coconut Creek Golf Course & Giant Maze, and Wonder Works. Please, no pets and no smoking. We offer family friendly rentals only, minimum age requirement of 25. Parking Fees and Arm Bands are required and must be purchased from on site Summit office for a one time fee of $27 (this $27 is for one parking spot and up to 5 wrist bands). This is the PRIME location for a fun-filled getaway.  There's jet ski, banana boat and parasailing that are right outside on the beach. Pool hours are 8am - 11pm!

**The whole Summit property will be undergoing balcony restoration from September - January 2026. Balcony restoration for #514 is scheduled for Dec. 20 - 29, however, dates may change without them letting us know. Balconies will be closed while they are working on the balcony (Dec. 20-29) and balcony furniture may be stored inside. Guest should expect noise and dust while staying in any unit during the time frame of Sept - January. No refunds, discounts or relocations will be provided. We apologize in advance, it's beyond our control and must be done.
