2774 Live Oak is a stunning 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa nestled on the 15th fairway of the Crooked Oaks Golf Course on Seabrook Island. This luxurious villa features a spacious screened porch, two private balconies, access to a saltwater community pool, high-end furnishings, and complimentary amenity cards to the Seabrook Island Club.
The bright, open living area is beautifully appointed with floor to ceiling windows, comfortable sofa and accent seating, a TV to watch your favorite shows, and access to the screened porch through sliding glass doors. The screened porch offers an outdoor living space with golf course views, perfect for winding down after a long beach day or sipping morning coffee with a view.
The dining room and kitchen offer the perfect space to enjoy homecooked meals with family and friends, featuring a dining table with seating for four, high-end stainless steel appliances, and all the tools you need to make a meal right from home. Through the sliding glass doors is a golf front covered balcony with additional seating for two.
This villa comfortably accommodates up to six guests. The first guest bedroom is located on the main level with two Twin beds, a TV for entertainment, and a detached full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Upstairs, youâll find the remaining two bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a King size bed, a TV, plenty of storage space, access to a private balcony overlooking the golf course, and an ensuite bathroom with a glass shower. The third guest bedroom offers a trundle bed, plenty of storage, a TV, and an ensuite full bathroom.
A laundry room is also located on the upper level so you never have to pause your vacation for mundane household chores!
Live Oak Villas Seabrook are in the quiet Hidden Oak neighborhood alongside the Crooked Oaks Golf Course, near the Seabrook Island Club and Camp St. Christopher nature trails, and a short walk or bike ride to the beach and club pool.
Wherever you stay on the island you have easy access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and scenic bike paths through tranquil marshes, lush maritime forests and rolling fairways.
