Dessa lägenheter ligger i Beach Palms Condominiums som ligger direkt vid Mexikanska golfen i Indian Shores, FL. Dessa lägenheter har en södervy av stranden och vattnet. Beach Palms är känt för att vara vackert underhållen. Det har en stor uppvärmd pool på viken. Två nya Weber-grillar finns vid poolen och är tillgängliga för gäster.

Det stora sovrummet har utsikt över viken samt eget badrum, klädkammare och king size-säng. Det andra sovrummet har en dubbelsäng. Det tredje sovrummet har två enkelsängar. Alla rum har takfläktar samt 32 "platt-TV med DVD-spelare. Familjerummet har en 42-tums HD-TV med DVD-spelare samt en stereo / CD-spelare. Köket är fullt utrustat. En tvättmaskin / torktumlare i full storlek finns i enheten. Dessutom finns gratis trådlöst internet tillgängligt i enheten.

Dessa lägenheter är utrustade med många extrafunktioner inklusive en Keurig-maskin, barnstol, pack-n-play, strandstolar / paraply, strandleksaker och en svalare. Stolar och parasoller finns att hyra på stranden varje dag eller vecka.

Två hissar finns i byggnaden; Därför krävs inga trappor för att komma åt denna lägenhet på andra våningen. Detta gör det också enkelt att promenera till stranden. Det finns en tilldelad, täckt parkeringsplats belägen bredvid de västra hissarna.

Denna lyxiga lägenhet ligger i ett utmärkt läge med många lokala restauranger och attraktioner i närheten. Wonderful stay!

Despite arriving during a tropical storm, we had a great time! The condo was cozy and comfortable, fully stocked! Jamie advised of the dryer not working prior to arrival but had the issue resolved quickly! She was very communicative and responsive! Overall a great place to stay!

Amazing stay!!

We love the St. Pete/Clearwater area and have stayed at several locations. This is by far our favorite!! The unit was stocked well and it was very clean. We can't wait to go back!!

One week of summer fun

The place was very well. Kept all the supplies you needed for the beach and for the pool wonderful owners had a little problem with AC. They fixed it right away overall it was beautiful quiet nice relaxing access to everything. We needed wonderful place to stay.

Beautiful condo

This condo was clean, comfortable and very updated. We’ve stayed in several in the area and we liked this one the most. Kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable and the whole place was updated. Pool was really warm (we had a few cooler days and the kids were still able to enjoy the pool). Would definitely stay again!

Great beach condo!!

Our stay was so enjoyable! Checkin was super easy, directions were clear, house was spotless and well stocked, and the view was great. We loved our vacation. We enjoyed the pool and grills. The beach chairs and umbrella were great to have for use on the beach. I highly recommend. We enjoyed Doc Ford’s restaurant and Crabbies on the Pass for meals out. Smuggler’s Cove was a fun putt putt place.

Lovely Vacation

The property was very nice and clean. Excellent layout that allowed enough space for everyone. Balcony provided beautiful ocean views. Pool access and cleanliness was GREAT! Just steps to the ocean. The family had lots of fun. Supplies and dishes are well stocked!

Fantastic beachfront condo

I highly recommend this wonderful condo! Condo is very well maintained and has anything you could possibly need. Furnishings are very nice and beds comfortable. Beach and pool area are beautiful, as well! We will definitely be back!

The condo was wonderful. They had everything we needed to enjoy the beach from towels to chairs to umbrellas. If we ever head back to Indian Shores, we will surely try to rent this property again!

Wonderful stay at Beach Palms

This was a wonderful property and we will absolutely consider staying again when we are in the area. The unit itself was in great shape, very clean and modern. All of the basics were provided along with many extras - kitchen equipment was well stocked, towels and linens, beach supplies (chairs, toys, towels, etc). We loved the location and the proximity to the beach.

Great vacation!

Fantastic stay ! ! !

We stayed the week of Thanksgiving and had a wonderful time. The condo is exactly as the pictures show and was perfect. From walking the beach to Indian Shores coffee in the morning to dinner at the Salt Rock Grill and Sea Breeze we had a wonderful time. Jeff and Susan were very helpful and responsive to our questions. Would definitely stay again.

Sparkling clean

Our stay was spectacular. We appreciated the cleanliness of the condo and the property. The beach was amazing. The condo is well supplied with everything you need. The condo overlooks the neighboring condo’s pool. It is a beautiful pool area and a great view. Not a big deal, just a small detail we didn’t know prior to arrival. Just perfect!

We decided to stay in this condo for our annual family beach vacation and we were very satisfied! It met our needs perfectly, and I even appreciated the extras this host and hostess keep in the room. From garbage bags to aluminum foil to storage bags to coffee and the list could go on and on. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone! And we LOVED the view and the simplicity of the condo. Not a lot of cluttered decor!

Beautiful Condo ! Perfect for our Family

Our family of 7 stayed here and it was the perfect unit for us. We had a 10 month old baby with us and the extras for the baby were wonderful! This condo had everything we needed for the beach, chairs, umbrella, wave boards, sand toys! I have never had a owner check in with us like Trevor and Jamie did! They wanted to make sure our vacation was perfect. Thank you for sharing your condo with us! We will be back.

Great Condo

We truly enjoyed this condo unit and we have been doing beach condo getaways for probably 12 years now. This unit was roomy enough for our family of 6 which includes 4 teenagers. It was very up to date and clean. All appliances in good working order. Room sizes were great for condo living and nice master bathroom/walk in closet. TV's were important to our teenagers for evening entertainment and they all were good size and working order. We also appreciated the WIFI.

Perfect Unit!!! My most favorite vacation rental!

Best place ever! The views in this area are absolutely beautiful. The view from this unit was perfect too! The unit was super clean, the furniture was NEW and beautiful and the beds could NOT have been any more comfortable. The unit also had EVERYTHING you could want in a unit AND I mean everything! This is the first unit I've ever stayed in that had EVERYTHING you could want including a blender, a cooler to take to the beach and a bluetooth speaker for inside the unit (the list is endless)! The owners are just as amazing as the unit too! I highly recommend this unit for everyone!

Perfect for families.

This condo was exactly as described. We could not have asked for a more perfect spot quiet yet conveniently close to everything. Being first time condo renters we were somewhat apprehensive as to what to expect. We were not disappointed. The beach was steps away and the condo was outfitted with all we needed for the beach as well as all we needed for our 2yr old Grandson. The bedrooms were located far enough away from each other for privacy and the condo was spacious enough that 5 adults and a toddler were not tripping over each other. . The beds and linens were very comfortable. Cabanas and umbrellas were readily available for rent at the beach at reasonable rates. The owners were wonderful to deal with and our security deposit was promptly returned. We would not hesitate to rent this condo again.

Very Nice!

The unit has been renovated and decorated beautifully. Exceptionally clean with great starter supplies for the week. Beach towels, chairs, toys all included. Very nice in-unit laundry. Very, very nice hosts. This is a security key condo; you need a key to engage the elevator and a key to get into the pool area. Next there is a gate that is heavy and remains closed to the actual beach. The unit issues two keys. The unit has two parking passes, but only one numbered space. Our second car used a guest space, so when anyone left we had to move cars around to secure the guest spot. We can deal with parking, and we really did like the condo, but will probably investigate condos or hotels without security keys. Great visit.
