Thank you for your review, Justin. This property does not advertise AC, so our listing is correct and updated, however, we do have portable AC units upon request. Most homes in the Park City/Deer Valley area do not come with AC as the altitude usually leaves for cooler year-round temperatures. We appreciate the feedback about the beds and the furniture and it will be passed onto the homeowner to address. As far as the roof work goes, we did attempt to contact you a few times to give you notice of the roof work, but never got an answer or response from you. The roof work was controlled by HOA and was something that was completely out of our control. Again we apologize for the roof work, but we also never received any correspondence from you or your group. We hope that overall you enjoyed your stay in Park City.

We sincerely apologize for the condition of the home upon arrival, but unfortunately, you chose to vacate the home before we were able to remedy the situation. We would have sent a cleaning crew up there immediately as the state you found the home is unacceptable and not up to our cleaning standard. We refunded your reservation in full with no questions asked per your request. Hi Tiffany. I went through the property's history and this property's sleeping capacity has always been listed as sleeping 14. It looks like you booked the property originally with 13 guests and then modified it to add an additional 2 guests at a later date. We apologize for any confusion, but this listing's sleeping capacity was correctly advertised. You reached out to our concierge team regarding private chef services and dinner reservations to which they responded with several options, links to each, and the best contact phone information. They also ended the email with "If you find something you like, I can definitely assist in the reservation booking!" We never heard anything further regarding these requests otherwise we would've been more than happy to assist with the booking process! We sincerely apologize for the error of a twin air mattress being delivered instead of a queen and the firewood delay. We appreciate you bringing these items to our attention. We did our absolute best to remedy these as soon as possible. Last, we were so happy that we were able to work with you to ship the blue suitcase you left upon departure.
