We had a wonderful time in this space! The outside seating area was a wonderful addition. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and it was so fresh smelling in the space as soon as we entered. Comfy and cozy vibes!

What a gem. This was the perfect house for our visit to St Augustine. Updated, super clean and the layout was just right. We were a party of 5. The walk to the beach was very short and a great spot at that. The grocery store was also in walking distance. We did use the hot tub and it was great.

The house was extremely clean and inviting. Lots of little extra items to make the stay great, like beach chairs, umbrella, towels, and kids beach toys. We traveled with toddlers so these were helpful. Nice fenced backyard and private area. The kitchen was stocked with all the pans, appliances, utensils, etc needed. VERY close to the beach with nice access. We were there for July 4th and it was only a 12 min walk to the fishing pier to view fireworks without the hassle of traffic. Publix within a short walk, also. Would definitely stay again!

This vacation rental is literally all you need, hottub, walk to the beach, plenty of towels, washer and dryer. It is a beautiful, well kept home. There is a nice, short walking trail very close by that we happened to find as well. We saw dolphins everyday from the shore! I will definitely come back and stay here.

The home was beautiful, wonderfully appointed and spotlessly clean. New appliances were a joy to use. The beds were very comfortable and we appreciated all the extras supplied. The grill outside, hot tub and fire pit are amazing. We appreciated the large amount of privacy at this beach home. We wished we could have stayed longer. It was only my husband and me but any family too would love this home. You can’t miss with the location either. Easy to get everywhere. All of our stay was made enjoyable by the hospitality, thoughtfulness, and great communication from the hosts. Truly warm and kind people. 5 stars !!

Perfection for a Beach Vacation

This is a wonderful beach vacation home. A very short walk to the beach. We saw dolphins from the beach walking in the early morning. From the outside shower and hot tub to the very comfortable beds, this house is perfectly outfitted for what is needed for vacation. Lots of space, comfortable beds, and all we needed for making meals in the kitchen. Walkable to groceries and restaurants. A lovely quiet neighborhood and beautiful yard. The host’s responses were prompt and helpful. And we played PacMan! Just a lovely, relaxing place to call home for vacation. We will be back!!

Absolutely wonderful stay!We had an amazing time at this beautiful beach house and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was great.The house was immaculately clean — spotless from top to bottom. The kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms all felt fresh and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and plenty of space for our family.It was clear the hosts take great pride in keeping the property in excellent condition.The host was fantastic — responsive, friendly, and genuinely helpful. They provided clear check-in instructions and were quick to answer any questions we had. One of the biggest highlights was the easy access to the beach. Just a short, pleasant walk away (literally a few minutes). We loved being able to head out for morning walks whenever we wanted.Overall, this was one of our best vacation rentals we have stayed in. The combination of a clean, comfortable home, an excellent host, and convenient beach access made it an unforgettable stay. We’d highly recommend it and would definitely book again! Thank you! Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Exceptionally clean house, and I can’t think of one thing we needed that wasn’t available. We spent a lot of time in the kitchen (we have a kid with celiac, so we cook gluten free for her), it was well designed and stocked with all the basics. I loved sitting on the front porch to read, the beach really was a 5 minute walk away, St Augustine was a quick drive. Video game competitions, hot tub relaxation time, and movies on the couch as a family after long days in the sand. Responsive communication - and we appreciated the self locking doors when our teenagers forget. The owners and managers of this property are pros.
