Detta är ett ett sovrum ett badrum enhet möblerad med king size-säng i det privata sovrummet och queen size-bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet rymmer upp till fyra personer. Vardagsrummet är utrustat med en 40 "plattskärms-TV med HD-programmering. Köket är utrustat med 4-brännare gas, kylskåp och mikrovågsugn bland andra små köksmaskiner. Strax utanför din enhet finns ett litet däck möblerat med två stolar att sitta ut och eventuellt njuta av en kaffe på en kall morgon innan du slår på stränderna.

Komplexet erbjuder en swimmingpool som är perfekt för avkylning i sommarens hetta men också uppvärmd under vintermånaderna för året runt njutning. Det finns flera grillar i grillplatsen på fastigheten strax utanför Herron Lagoon. Massor av solstolar och sittplatser runt poolen och stort däckområde för solbadning vid sjön.

Fastigheten ligger strax under 10 minuter från följande. Under 1 mil till närmaste strand som är Turtle Beach, 1,5 mil till närmaste restauranger och butiker, 3 miles till Siesta Key största offentliga strand och 4 miles till Siesta Key Village. Ön erbjuder många alternativ av kostnadsfria turer (endast tips) för att ta dig runt ön.

Cute place

Good location near Turtle Beach, about a mile from restaurants and stores. The photos look to be from the previous owner or prior to the storm — they’re not fully accurate. Bed was very comfortable, shower had awesome water pressure but needs a longer shower curtain as not to flood the bathroom. TV needs an upgrade — it’s too small for the space and older. Deck by the water was the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine and just relax.

great place

This was a little gem. It was surrounded with care by landscaping and a great pool. All amenities were as indicated. It was very clean. Bed was awesome - not hard like a hotel... We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the kayaks and canoes available for use. The units were clean and updated. We had no complaints. We drove to the beach every day and then swam in the pool and went into the lagoon on the canoes, it's a great deal for the price if you don't mind being a little away from the action (which we prefer). You could bike to Turtle Beach easily!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not actually "lakefront"-rather 'on Lagoon" . Overall excellent location and condition. Easy to park in front of unit-good neighbors-friendly and respectful. Washer and dryer available was great . ONLY notes for Joe-expected more than the one beach towel. I could have brought a few from home -but didn't and had to buy a few in town. Also-check refrig thermostat-it stated it was at 37*-but seemed to be closer to 45 +. Overall great property and experience.

It was a pleasant surprise .although being repaired in areas the workers were polite and i saw alot got done in the 2 weeks we were there. It would be better to leave toilrEt bowl cleaner in bath for longer stayinside the bungalow. Although it could have had an extra comfortable chair in living room and a dresser in bedroom or closet to set luggage clothes on

Nice but lacking in the kitchen

We liked the unit. The kids loved the pool. The photos made it seem like their was a launch area but there wasn’t. The kitchen had no utensils so don’t go there expecting to cook.

Good location, but a few issues

We booked this property for 3 nights in 2020. The location was great and provided access to multiple beaches on Siesta Key. The unit was tidy, with a useful working kitchen. While our experience overall was positive, there are a few items that need to be addressed to make the unit optimal: - The bed is unusable. It sags significantly in the middle, making for a terrible sleeping experience. - The AC is provided by a single ceiling unit in the common room. Cool air does not flow easily into the bedroom, where it can get very warm at night. - The coffee maker is a Keurig, with no capsules available at check-in. Visitors should bring their own capsules, or expect to drive a mile to pick-up coffee from town.

Good Location

Rating Details: The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There was no check in, was given a code to open the door. Upon arrival, the name on the sign outside and the name on my paperwork was not the same. Wanted to make sure I was at the correct place so I called the only phone number I could find for assistance and no one ever returned my call. Located in a very nice quiet area, room was clean and updated, the bed was very comfortable but the outside areas need some attention.

Our previous rentals have included beach chairs and towels, but this property does not. We had a Keurig that stopped working and they replaced it with a regular coffee maker pretty fast. We would probably rent again.

Reviewer Comments: Very quality kitchen remodel. nice,well kept and clean.We would stay again.Pictures are somewhat deceiving because we thought the pool was out our door shared by 3 units.Actually the flip flop cottages are 5 units right next to reach other.A motel atmosphere and pool is in rear surrounded by 3 other units(not ours which I thought from pic).pool for all 8+ bikes that we could see.must rent from local shop.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Inside Heron 2 was clean, but NO supplies. Had to buy toilet paper, bath soap, liquid soap and paper towels - ridiculous!! Did not understand instructions on how to get into room on arrival. Had to get help from nice neighbor.
