The home also has a recreation/game room with ping pong/pool table, seating area, and table for cards or games. This location is perfect for riding to the beach or downtown to enjoy restaurants, shops, and all the Saugatuck/Douglas area has to offer!

We are from Washington MI and enjoy traveling, reading, cooking, eating, and just relaxing when we can! We love hosting, Immediately fell in love with this home in Saugatuck We have having been hosting our Torch Lake MI. home for 7 years and are excited about hosting in Saugatuck.

Absolutely LOVE the vibe of the Saugatuck/Douglas area! We were immediately drawn in by the downtown with waterfront restaurants, live music, shops, and Oval Beach! This home is also conveniently located right across the street from the bike trail, next door to Pennyroyal Cafe/Restaurant, and a block from the Ivy House, a popular event/wedding venue. You can ride your bike to the beach or downtown. Loved the private backyard with hot tub, space for yard games, and area for pets to roam.
