Fantastic Relaxation

Reviewer Comments: Condo complex was very nice. The unit was clean, well maintained and had every small appliance you could want including a margarita machine! Comfortable seating and plenty of it! Beds were very comfortable, slept very well each night which is something I don’t usually do. The view was fantastic from balcony to horizon. Will stay here again & would recommend to all

For a family of five, this unit had all the space we needed and more. The kitchen is large and accommodating. The back patio facing the beach made for wonderful sunrises with coffee and late night chats with friends. Property management onsite is very responsive and friendly. We could text them with any questions or request and they were very prompt with replies. Property description, location, and layout with amenities were all accurate. We will definitely be back next year!

Great Vacation!

Excellent Views

The condo is very spacious and clean. It had a nice balcony that we could see the dolphins. The kitchen was well stocked. The main bed was comfortable. The staff were all very friendly. It was nice to have 2 chairs and an umbrella rental included. We would definitely stay here again.

Long Needed Vacation

Views from balcony are amazing! Staff was #1. Our refrigerator was not working properly 1st day and they came and switched it out. The only complaint we had was the elevator noise and slowness of it. It definitely needs to be changed out. We will be back!!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall Unit 1703 was good. There is quite a bit more wear to it than pictures show. The cleanliness was a problem. Dishes were put away dirty, there was hair on the floors and stains on the extra bedding. The location was good and not busy compared to Destin. The view was fantastic. The customer service was fine for when we needed it. If I came back to the area I would stay somewhere else.

Wonderful Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful getaway at 1703 Nautilus. The online pictures were very accurate, the condo was extremely clean and the kitchen had everything you could possible need provided, except for spices, cooking oil, etc., which is clearly stated in the description. The manager was quick to respond to any issues, for instance, we had trouble figuring out the remotes for the TV, and maintenance was sent right away. We were close to our favorite restaurants, so that was also a bonus. I would highly recommend this condo and staying at the Nautilus!

Gorgeous Slice of Paradise

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was my retirement gift to us as the last hurrah before no more paychecks :0)! I was not disappointed. The management staff is AWESOME!!! Natalie went above and beyond to bring us a bag of ice when we first arrived and learned there was no built-in ice maker. The only thing I would recomment is new cushions for the chaise lounges. Otherwise everything was perfect.

The Annual Nautilus vacation

Reviewer Comments: For our Annual Nautilus vacation we have been returning for almost 20 years to the Nautilus and have already booked for next October 1st to the 29 th in the same unit as we have for the past few years.The most impressive thing that my wife mentioned is how good of a cleaning job the cleaners have done in our unit.The unit is well kept, the office staff is most helpful and if we needed anything they were right on it. As for me and my family we plan on returning each and every year and making great family memories!I can definitely recommend the Nautilus to anyone and I have!!Dan & Carol

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was beautiful and I have no complaints about the condo. The property, however, is a much different story. Our vacation was ruined by neighboring condos undergoing construction. The noise could be heard in our condo, at the pool, even on the beach! Property managers said they were not obligated to notify renters, nor would they do anything to make our stay more enjoyable. And their attitude was disrespectful and completely unempathetic. Due to that, I will never stay at this property again.
