Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is updated and very well maintained. Kitchen was full stocked with everything we needed during our stay. I loved sitting on the balcony in the mornings watching dolphins pass by while my husband and son fished from the pier that was just a couple of mins away. Beach service was no hassle each day of our stay. The kids loved the pool that was heated and shaded in afternoons. A few of our favorite things: Goofy Golf, the track, and eating at Doc’s oyster bar, G I Jades, and A J’s We can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful Stay!

This was our second time staying at this condo at Nautilus. This time was just as wonderful as the first! The condo is right on the beach and a short distance to restaurants and stores! Plan to make this an annual trip!

Short walk to the beach with sand toys, floats etc always available to be used. The included beach service was super convenient also. The pool was nice and never crowded. We saw staff constantly outside working on things and keeping the facility nice and clean. The office had beach activities available for checkout also which was nice. No complaints at all!

Nice & Quiet Location with private beach

I arrived past the check in time. I called ahead of time to let the property manager know I wouldn’t make it during business hours. She let me know where all my information was for the stay along with texted me my room and code #. Once we got in the room it was fairly clean. There was a few dishes that was dirty in the cabinet along with hair in the master bedroom sink.Nevertheless, every thing else was clean. I would suggest bringing your own seasoning, washing powder/etc, along with towels, cleaning supplies, hand soap, bring your own water the refrigerator has a ice maker only. The hotel is 5-10 mins away from Harborwalk & Crab Island and is in a area of everything. Overall it was a decent stay and I would recommend!

Excellent Place to Beach it Up!

We had a fantastic time here, the condo was great - plenty of towels and kitchen had everything we needed for simple meals. The heated pool was perfect this time of year too!

Absolutely loved this unit! So clean! Spacious! Awesome layout with the 2 Queen beds in 2nd bedroom.

Everything was perfect about this location! The property itself had everything you could need to cook! Great view, even if partial. Quiet, so quiet! Clean! I felt very comfortable staying here!

Spring Break on Okaloosa

Great location. Much quieter and less traffic down that direction. Beach service was wonderful. Beds were comfy. Plenty of extra pillows, blankets, fans, etc. Balcony that looks out to the ocean was perfect. Super easy beach access from the complex was very convenient for snack breaks/bathroom breaks. Heated outdoor pool was fun as well. We can't wait to come back and stay here again!
