- PETS: Pets (dogs/cats) are NOT ALLOWED. The unauthorized bringing of pets will have a penalty of $300 which will go towards the deep cleaning of the property.

- There's a black gate on your right (when facing the building). You will find another unlocked gate where you'll find the entrance to the ground floor unit.
