Denna vackra fyra bäddar, 3 badrum hemma i Island Park kommer att göra din semester till en avkopplande semester. Med en king size-säng i Kalifornien, två queen size-sängar och två enkelsängar, sover hemmet åtta gäster bekvämt. De två sovrummen på övervåningen har eget badrum. Absolutely spectacular communication with the home owner. Very nice location away from everything nit far from the beech at all. Nit a far drive to other beach’s and activities in the area and surrounding area. Very wonderful stay and check in process was super easy and simple.

Our stay at the beach house was fantastic! Everything was spotless and so many extras that made the stay even better. The kitchen had really nice dishes with all the extras including a nice griddle for making pancakes!The outside decks were hard to beat. We spent many hours watching the turtles and ducks in the water. Jennifer made check in so easy! We couldn’t have asked for a better host. We are already booked again for next year!

Thanksgiving 2024

Came to the beach for a couple of nights over Thanksgiving and this house was perfect. The host was exceptional and the property was as advertised-spacious and clean. Thank you! Would rent again without question!

Great first visit to Ocean Isle

We enjoyed our first stay at Ocean Isle. This property was a great place to stay. So clean, updated, well stocked kitchen and great location. The property owner was great and kept an open communication line. We hope we can visit again soon!!

Excellent stay

This is our second time staying at this house and was another wonderful experience. The house is extremely clean, has everything you could need and is a short walk from the beach and the pool. Perfect house for a family vacation! We will definitely be back!

Perfect vacation!

The house is well maintained. I expecially loved the "pond".watching the turtles and fish. This is the 2nd time we stayed at this house and both times we really enjoyed it.

Oyster Fest 2024

We came to Ocean Isle for Oyster Fest and a quick weekend get-a-way with friends! The Perch is a lovely home with a great location! Everything was clean and our stay was excellent! Our host as quick to respond if we needed anything! Highly recommend! needed anything!

Great beach trip!

We had a wonderful time - the house was very clean, plenty of room for us and we all commented that the beds were very comfortable! The pool is nice and spacious and we had it all to ourselves! The beach access and pool are both close but we enjoyed renting a golf cart since we have little kids - and we drove it to get ice cream almost everyday! I highly recommend this place!

Golf weekend

Excellent location with easy access off the island. The area is very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the back deck in the evening and the neighborhood is very quiet. The four bedrooms are great for adults traveling and the bathroom on the main floor is rather large with private access from the bedrooms. Just a few notes on the listing be sure to bring linens and towels for your stay and the coffee machine is a Kurig not a drip so get pods.

Lovely beach house

My family and I had a wonderful week at Ocean Isle Beach. It was our 10th year vacationing there. The house was perfect. My son enjoyed fishing in the pond behind the house. The house was very clean, comfy and bright.

We have stayed at several Home Away places and this was the best!

Jennifer was a pleasure to work with. She responded to all our questions within a timely fashion. The house was immaculate and beautifully decorated. We were a 5 minute walk to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking, dishes and glassware. Our family was visiting for my brother's wedding. The house was quite comfortable for the 8 adults. We plan on visiting again in the future.

My husband David and I have been vacationing at OIB for years and we have owned property on the island since 2005. We also have an oceanfront condo (414438) that we rent. We love OIB and think it is the perfect family vacation spot. We have certainly enjoyed spending time on the island with our two kids and extended family.

Varför värden valde detta boende

This beach house is in the Island Park Cottages community on the far west end. It's away from the hustle and bustle of the island center, but is a quick drive to all the action. This is a perfect house for two families and close to other Island Park rentals for extended family. It's a quick 2-3 minute walk to the public beach access or you can rent a golf cart during your stay.

This beach house backs up to a pond that has a fountain. It provides the relaxation of listening to running water without the cost of being oceanfront. You can also rent our kayaks and use them in the pond.
