Clean is good 🧹as is well maintained. Hate vacation rentals where stuff is broken or not working - replace it already. That’s a benefit of booking properties with hosts that are on site and own the homes - versus large rental companies with 50 - 100 units. They cannot keep up with all the little maintenance issues. We only have two properties and everything is new, everything works and everything is clean 🧼🏖️🌲🏌🏾🌅☕️

Two perfect adjectives - CUTE and CLEAN. Location is dynamite - we’re a block to all the shops on Laneda Ave then just a short stroll down to the beach - tucked away on a quiet street with a private backyard overlooking the 6th green on the golf course. It’s magical.

CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN ... and fully stocked with everything you might need. Spot on ... we are pretty meticulous about the unit be clean upon arrival. We don't do grime. Shawn is a smart guy - I've seen his LinkedIn page (Dartmouth undergrad and U of Chicago MBA) ... you can take his word for it. Location!!! There are so many vacation rentals in Manzanita that would DRIVE ME NUTS with their crappy locations. NO WAY would I want to walk into town ... especially with kids. The distance and the hills ... not good. We are a 90 second walk to the shops on Laneda Avenue then just a short stroll down to the beach. It's perfect ... as Shawn says, "great location"

Tons of rentals south of town are a HIKE to downtown or you have to hop in the car and park - no thanks. Or if you're on the north side of town you have some STEEP HILLS to deal with - again not ideal. Jason and the fam came down from Seattle ... he's a sharp investment professional so we'll take his word for it! Start booking 2022 ... rates are posted ... or an off-season beach trip. The place is totally cozy and bright even on wet and stormy days.

Keeley and her family were great guests. They came down from Seattle and arrived around 8 pm. The unit was ready by 2 pm so yes, it got a little toasty in there as we had a bit of heat wave in the PNW. But with two tower fans, a large desk fan and the air purifiers ... open a few windows, get the the fans going and it sorts itself out in no time. First world problems on the Oregon coast! ; ) Overall ... amazing ... we'll take it!

As you know by now we're literally a 90 second flat walk to the shops on Laneda Ave (tucked away on a quiet street) then just a short stroll down to the beach. Know where your vacation rental is located! Not all of them north or south of the main village are really walkable into town which is bogus. We love the fact we can walk out the front door and be at Manzanita News & Espresso and YOLK breakfast/lunch spot in 4 minutes or less, 4-5 minutes for groceries at The Little Apple or dinner at the San Dune Pub in 6+ minutes tops. All flat and easily walkable for any age ... no huge hills to climb which is common north of the village. And CLEAN ... Chelle is correct ... we do not do grime, cobwebs, gack, dusty lamps, dirty pots or utensils ... you get the idea.

Que, bueno. Just got back from Mexico - lo ciento (sorry). Sounds like a great space - thanks Sue! We have everything you need and nothing you don’t. No clutter or useless nicknacks lying around.

No surprises (as in negative) … I’ll take that everyday when I stay at a vacation rental. We (me) only run two units … communication will always be prompt and efficient. I read horror stories when travelers book with a larger company … if you have questions or concerns upon check in … you might not hear back until it’s too late or you already solved the problem.

We love TOP NOTCH! I appreciate responsive Hosts myself as a frequent traveler and much prefer a home owner compared to a rental agency with minimal skin in the game regarding little details. Those little details make all the difference when you're trying to relax on a holiday in a new environment. Thanks, Eric!
