Imagine having nearly half a million acres of a pristine national monument as your personal backyard. Here, that dream is your reality. A private gate on our four-acre property provides direct, unparalleled walking access into the vast, wild landscape of Canyons of the Ancientsâno driving or crossing other properties required. Your private retreat includes two distinct homes, perfect for a multi-generational family trip or a getaway with friends.
The Main House (2BR/2BA): Features a bright, open-concept living area with a large sectional, , laundry w/ washer and dryer, a cozy gas stove, and a wall of windows looking out onto the high desert landscape. The full-sized, fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need for family meals.
The Guest House (1BR/1BA): A charming and private cottage with its own full kitchen, laundry w/ washer and dryer, cozy living space, and a private porch with stunning views of the mountains.
After a day of exploring the canyons, both homes offer a comfortable refuge to relax and recharge.
Guest access
When you book this listing, the entire 4-acre property is exclusively yours. You'll have private access to both the main house and the guest house, including all amenities within them. Enjoy the multiple porches, the yard, and most importantly, the private gate that leads directly into the Canyons of the Ancients National Monument. Check-in is a breeze with our smart lock systemâyou'll receive a unique, private code for a seamless self check-in upon arrival.

About Our Well Water: Our home is serviced by a deep well. The water is perfectly safe to drink and is extensively filtered, with an additional reverse osmosis system at the kitchen sink. Due to natural minerals, you may notice a slightly different taste. We also provide a Brita pitcher and bottled water.
