Helt renoverad, helt ny inuti - 3BR 3. 5BA lägenhet ligger 1/2 kvarter från stranden mitt i all njutning av Fenwick Island. Gemensam pool i bakgården (i säsong) och steg från restauranger och butiker. MBR med king size-säng och skjutreglage till däck. Bunk rum med tvilling över full och rulla för att rymma 4. 2: a våningen vardagsrummet har kök, matsal, familj område, öppen spis och ett annat däck att njuta av. Andra MBR med kung och badrum på första våningen med skjutreglaget till uteplats med utsikt över poolen. Renovering färdig vinter 2017 - alla nya golv och färg i hela, nya köksskåp, badrum, apparater, möbler, madrasser, armaturer. 3 nya 55 "TV, dryckescentrum bra för underhållning.

Excellent location!

The place was very clean and decorated beautifully. We were thrilled with the short walk to the beach, and the pool was great too! The hosts responded quickly to our questions, and their attention to detail made our stay extremely comfortable. They even gave us a welcome gift! We would definitely recommend!!

Great Fenwick Island Rental

We had a wonderful week at the beach. The location was great. It was a block from the beach, close to many restaurants and walkable to the local candy and ice cream shop for the kids. Liz and Jim were wonderful to communicate with before and during our stay. Their home was comfortable with everything you would need for a great stay at the beach. I would highly recommend!

Fabulous. The property is all it promises and more.

Jim and Liz really understand the concept of home away from home. We have been repeat renters for about 5 years now. There are constant updates to the property and if you make a suggestion, they listen. Glad we stumbled upon this vacation haven.

Our family had a wonderful week! This home is beautiful. The property managers are very professional and respond to email messages in a timely manner. The property was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with supplies. The beach and restaurants are all within walking distance.

Family getaway

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful time in this rental! Clean and very well organized, with the best stocked kitchen of any rental I've stayed in. We cooked and ate in most nights and had no trouble finding the necessary utensils/cookware. Located within walking distance of mini golf, shops, ice cream shops, etc and close to the beach but inside the house it's nice and quiet. The hosts also went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and that we had everything we needed, I think they really care if their guests have a good time.

This is home away from home. Everything is so well decorated and very inviting. Everything is spotless and very well equipped with every need you may have. What a fun place to stay !!!!! So gorgeous, so well equipped, so thoughtfully laid out. So comfortable for all family members.....kids of all ages....to enjoy. Even though there was so much to enjoy in the Fenwick area we didn’t feel like we had to leave our little “home away from home” to have fun.

Fantastic Property

We had an amazing stay here! The house was perfect for our family of five, offering plenty of space and comfort. Everything was thoughtfully provided, from a fully stocked kitchen to beach chairs and a wagon, making our stay effortless and enjoyable. The house was updated, with furnishings and decor that created a beautiful and inviting atmosphere. The owners were incredibly responsive and communicative throughout our stay, addressing all our requests promptly. The personalized welcome gift was a delightful touch that made us feel very special. The location was ideal, with the beach and local shops and restaurants just a short walk away. We hardly needed to use our car at all. We were in town for the 4th of July and got to see Northside Park and beach fireworks from the upstairs bedroom balcony! This is one of the very best places we've stayed in the OC/Fenwick area, and we can't wait to come back!

Much Needed Vacation

Had a wonderful week in Fenwick and we did not want to leave! This property basically has everything you need. Loved sitting on the balcony to eat lunch/dinner and in the evenings (except when it rained two evenings). The pool was very nice too (the kids loved it), but we wished it would have stayed open later than 6 pm. Jim and Liz were very prompt with responding to our questions prior to arrival. Thanks for a great week and hope to return again, Tammy and John (and family)

Your home at the beach

Super clean and comfortable home to relax at Fenwick. The owners are wonderful and have thought of literally everything you will need, from kitchen supplies (even Henckel knives) to beach stuff, everything you can imagine you would want you have right there. Plus the furnishings and general feel of everything give it a second home feel very quickly. Morning beach walks to see the dolphins, coffee on the deck, beach fun during the day, dinner in or out, then movies at night. We even drove the short way down to Assateague Island to see the horses right on the beach - amazing. Perfect vacation!

Amazing Place to Stay

The O'Hasis 2 is the best place our family stayed in our 20+ years of vacationing in the DelMar beaches area. The townhouse had every amenity needed, every kitchen utensil you would think of, and modern appliances, that worked well. Plenty of dishes, bowls, accessories for dips and happy hour. Steps from the beach, restaurants, liquor store, and close distance to grocery shopping. Very comfortable beds, and easy to keep clean floors. Easy to relax on the balconies, sit and talk, or play any of the owner provided games. Easy and frequent communications with the owner when needed. Will definitely stay again if available.

Best Rental in Fenwick!

We routinely stay in Fenwick due to the smaller crowds and family-friendly atmosphere. We particularly like Admirals Bridge due to its proximity to the beach and the pool access. This unit was by far the best we have ever had in Fenwick! The property is beautifully renovated and the owners have thought of everything (really). All of the thoughtful details really make a difference —from the complimentary soap and baggies to the usable laundry baskets. We even found chip clips! The owners were such a delight to communicate with and were very responsive. We had an amazing visit despite some pretty terrible weather and will certainly return next summer.
