Perfect Stay for our Golf Trip!

This stay was perfect! It was me, my husband and adult son. There are two King bed rooms, one ensuite and one with a different bathroom. It was close to stores, restaurants, etc. And really close to the airport, which was handy for our early morning departure. We will definitely stay here again!

Thanksgiving Getaway

We had a wonderful stay and this property. Our host contacted us prior to leaving home and he was very informative and attentive. The condo itself is great, well located to the pool/jacuzzi and excellent amenities. We will be back !!

Amazing communication and great location

David is a true superhost. He lined up ideas for entertainment, dinner and was successful to the overall enjoyment of our trip to The area. Communication was superb, we got immediate response to our text messages and the property was just as listed on the website.

Great Condo

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Desert Princess. The condo was exactly as advertised, very clean, and well stocked. Our host communicated very well and was timely. They were very flexible with us, which was very helpful when our flight was delayed.The beds were firm, but comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed and the barbecue was gas and was attached by a pipe to the house (which we didn’t realize right away). The pool and hot tub are steps away from the unit. The fitness center, tennis courts and bocce court were just across the way from the condo and easily accessible. We were two couples who shared the unit and everyone said they would love to stay

The place was fantastic and much bigger than expected. 2 large bedrooms and all the amenities that you need. The owner was very accommodating and good at communicating with us. I’d stay here again and again

Catherdral City Stay

The owner of the home is awesome! If you aren't from the area, he will provide plenty of tips and tricks of where to go and what to see. The condo itself was clean and comfortable! Great location!!

Amazing Staycation!

We had family coming into to town. This condo was managed by David Guerra and he was amazing with contacting us right away when we had questions. I so appreciated the kitchen with everything you don't think of needing (small scissors, ziplock bags, dish towels...). The condo was in the perfect location close to Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert! Location of condo is close to a pool and many amenities! Loved this location and condo./!!!

Great desert getaway at a great house

Where do I start?! David was an amazing host and very easy to communicate with. His hospitality went above and beyond. The house was great and very inviting, not one issue during my stay. My kids had an awesome time, especially with the pool steps away from the house. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway in the desert, this is the place.

Good location, everything is on hand, golf course, jacuzzi, tennis court, restaurant. The condo was very clean. Only notes for future guests ia that shanpooo, conditioner, and soap are not included. We could enjoy relaxed time with the beautiful view of the golf course. Thank you!
