Denna stora enhet i Shipyard Plantation ligger på 7: e hålet i Galleon Course. Fastigheten är townhouse stil, en slutet enhet ligger i en återvändsgränd med tre sovrum och tre badrum. Den mycket privata och rymliga master sviten ligger på första våningen med direkt tillgång till utsidan däck och har en king size-säng, TV och DVD-spelare. Det egna badrummet har dubbla handfat och en badkar / duschkombination. De andra två sovrummen är på övervåningen. Alla har eget badkar med badkar / dusch kombination och en har en TV. Vardagsrummet är ljust och öppet med en stor 42 "plattskärms-TV och en DVD-spelare. Det finns plats för 6 vid bordet plus 2 barstolar vid köksdisken. Trådlöst internet är tillgängligt. Det finns en tvättmaskin och torktumlare i enheten. HHI 2025

had a great family vacation in our unit. there was plenty of room for all of us, and other family members in differetn units were able to come over, visit, eat and hang out. Cant wait for 2026!

Good location, maintenance needed

The location is close to the beach, walkable without a lot of gear. Nice to be across from the pool. The house itself has a good layout for a family. We were disappointed in the overall upkeep of the property. It needs a deep clean and fresh paint- the ceiling is peeling and water stained in many places, trash can broken, drywall cracked or stained, dishwasher is rusty, overall feels poorly maintained. It was fine, but not great.

Great Location - Could Have Provided More Items to Help Cleaning

Great location, the town house community was great, the pool was amazing. Only wish was there would be more detergent for the dish washer, more trash bags, and more spices for cooking. Other locations we have stayed at provided these things. But overall a great spot that we would stay at again.

Great location

We loved the location of the villa; really short walk to the beach and we loved Shipyard. Although the villa was clean and met our needs, it was in need of many repairs/upgrades. The kitchen is old/fragile, sink/shower fixtures and door handles are in need of repair, and there is wall/ceiling damage. Beds were comfortable, the layout worked well for our family, the washer/dryer was very useful, and we appreciated being across from the pool. We love the area!

Falling apart

We arrived on a Saturday to no AC. It was 88 in the house when we walked in. There was only one fan and the upstairs windows didn’t have screens so we couldn’t even open the windows. The downstairs screens had slits in them and the screens didn’t fit flush into the windows. The screen doors remained off the tracks. SeaBreeze called HVAC who couldn’t fix it. The popcorn ceiling is falling off in the kitchen and upstairs bedroom. It’s falling on to the top bunk bed where my niece tried to sleep. Fridge continuously leaks water and ice leaving puddles and ice cubes on the floor. The corners in the house were full of cobwebs and dirt. The owner should be ashamed for renting out a condo that is in such disrepair.

Great golf view!

Enjoyed deck and view. Difficult to adjust temps for both floors. Front door lock hard to lock and unlock even after maintenance worked on it. Overall a spacious and comfortable condo.

Amazing location

Spacious townhouse in a great location. 3 min bike ride to beach. Kitchen was well stocked and beds and. bedding were comfortable. Needs some updating and the vents need to be cleaned.

Fantastic villa!!

The property managers were super communicative. The key pick up & return of key on a Sunday was simple. The condo was easy to find and we thought it was even better than the photos e.g. living room was more comfy to lounge In than what it looks like in the photos . We had 7 people (all 13+) and there was tons of room!! At night, in the main bedroom downstairs, we couldn’t even hear the kids (teens up to all hours)! The condo was really clean. Everything worked great. Lots of kitchen utensils/ cooking equipment. The villa is directly across from the pool (pool is a good size and shaded by beautiful trees). There was plenty of space to park our bikes, skateboards and body boards outside the villa. Walking to the beach= 12 minutes. Cycling was as fast as driving = 4 minutes, all On Bicycle path & easier to park than a car During prime time! Cycling to Coligny plaza was probably 15 minutes, all on Bicycle path, majority shaded & very pretty. We would absolutely stay here again!!

Refrigerator broken, spoiled food, no response from property manager

We bought over $200 in groceries and the refridgerator did not keep food cold. Food smelled in fridge, water bottles sitting in there felt and tasted lukewarm. Unit very difficult to get into. Locks old. Beds in master and full size room squeaky and hard. Would never rent here again and possibly not use Sea Breeze due to their lack of communication. We go to HHI twice a year for past 10 yrs and this was our worst experience ever.

Our stay at the Greens was wonderful. The pool was right outside our door and the private beach access was a three minute drive. One of the full size beds upstairs was very noisy. Everytime the person sleeping moved the whole upstairs woke up. A new mattress in that room is definitely needed. Other than that we didn't really have any complaints. We had a wedding the day we arrived and we were able to check in early which so helpful. Very easy to work with.

Perfect for big family

We took our 4 kids and it was perfect. Plenty of room, everyone had their own bed, everything we needed for cooking. The location is great. The pool is right there, and the beach is a 2 minute bike ride. The only negatives are that the place needs some TLC, and we had some palmetto bugs come inside.

False advertisement

The property and furniture were a bit run down (squeaky everything) but it was clean, well stocked, and in working condition. The outdoor grill was a plus. The unit was very close to the pool, but it was 12 minute walk to the beach, not the “5 minute walk” as in the description. False advertisement! We were very disappointed because we would have chosen a different rental place if we had known how far we would have to walk (with young children). We tried to reach out to the rental office but never heard back.
