Be one of the first visitors to stay at the iconic JFG Building constructed in 1924. Once known for being the headquarters of the famous JFG coffee company, this historic structure has been beautifully transformed into luxurious urban residences. The building retains its historical charm with original architectural features, while providing modern amenities and an unbeatable location.
This new modern industrial condo offers two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, making it the ideal place for couples, friends, small families traveling together or those visiting the University of Tennessee. Professional photos coming soon!

-First floor condo with 14 ft ceilings (no stairs or elevator!)
-Two Bedrooms (1) King Bed & (1) Queen Bed + (1) queen air mattress
-Two Full bathrooms
-In-Unit Washer and Dryer
-Smart TVs in Bedrooms & Living Area
-Hi-speed Wifi
-Fully stocked kitchen, filtered water in the fridge & guest supplies
-Tennessee themed space with a one of a kind mural
- On-premise sandwich shop and beer market (Curious Dog)
