Cozy, clean and well maintained. Beautiful garden, real house plants! Comfortable beds, lots of extra blankets. Kitchen stocked with coffee, cream and sugar, plus spices and basic cooking and even baking supplies. Best stay ever!

A truly wonderful stay in a beautiful location tucked in the foothills. Super clean and perfect for a family of 3. We loved the beautiful surroundings, the locations to hikes and restaurants, and the layout including all the special little details. There is a washer, dryer, and beach umbrella all of which were useful for days at the beach. If you’re lucky, you just might meet the world’s sweetest cat, Penne!

Beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Outdoor spaces were exceptional! Owner has paid attention to all details by supplying everything you might need. Our last day I discovered the side patio door which would have allowed for easier loading/unloading. It was a haul up those stairs.

We loved our stay at this beautiful property! The home was perfectly clean, well appointed, lovely and private. The property management were also very responsive! The second day we were there we were planning to use the fire pit in the evening so my husband checked the propane tank and noticed it was totally empty. So we called the property management company and they came within 30 minutes and replaced the propane tank for the fire pit. Each night after returning to the home after being out and about, we sat by the fire pit and enjoyed the silence in the cool evening air. All the succulents on the patio were beautifully maintained as well as all of the plants around the property. To walk from the parking space to the unit you have to climb about twenty fairly steep steps so be aware of that. We visited the Botanical Gardens, five beaches, hiked, a little shopping, went to an UCSB graduation and enjoyed some great restaurants. If you like ice cream, be sure to try Rori’s! Don’t hesitate to book this property-you wont be disappointed.
