We enjoyed our stay! The place was clean and located close to downtown KC. We went for a bachelorette! We spent a lot of time in the hot tub and at the house and it was worth it :) Definitely recommend!

Had a great weekend here for the World Cup quarterfinals match. The house was very clean, in a nice neighborhood with easy access to restaurants, coffee shops and other areas of the city. It was also great for getting to Arrowhead, only about a 7 minute drive or 30 minute walk to one of the World Cup shuttle locations.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very cute, warm, and cozy — it truly felt like a home away from home. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and easy. It’s on a quiet one-way street, which made it feel peaceful and safe. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating, which made the whole experience even better. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had a lovely time staying here. It was the perfect location, walking distance from some great coffee shops, and restaurants, as well as close to 39th St restaurants and Westport. Everything was clean, and well decorated. Beds were comfy, and the sheets were soft. The back patio with the hot tub really sealed the deal for us. Communication was professional, helpful, and kind. 10 out of 10, would stay again!

Cute & Cozy

We loved this property. Its clean and well-decorated with little clutter, which made it easier to toddler-proof. We brought along some babyproofing tools to close the fireplace and kitchen under sink cabinet, as well as outlet covers. We loved the location and proximity to KC activities. The backyard was fenced in and the deck/hot tub was nice. Check-in was seamless and communication was great.

WiFi did not work but our host was very responsive. She offered to send someone out to fix it but we declined since we would be out for most of the day.
