HEM - NED - 50 STEG FRÅN SAND, PIER OCH BOARDWALK - DELVISNING

STOR PLATS i centrala Pismo Beach. 50 meter från stranden och ett kvarter från piren med delvis utsikt. Detta hem (inte lägenhet / radhus) ligger i centrala Pismo Beach! (Det är inte i Pismo State Beach eller Oceano. Var försiktig, eftersom vissa listor annonserar Pismo Beach när de inte är) Gå till allt. Lek på stranden och kom hem för att använda toaletten.

Renoverad 3 sovrum 2 badrum hem med havsutsikt. Huset rymmer 6 personer och vår maximala beläggning är 8 personer. Semesterbostäder i Kalifornien äger också huset intill som också är ett 4 sovrum / 3. 5 badhus med fantastisk utsikt VRBO # 127874 och ett 6 sovrum VRBO # 87222. Vårt hem är tvärs över gatan från det nya lyxiga Vespera Hotel.

Hemmet är otroligt dekorerat med handmålade plattor och väggmålningar, granitplattor, fullt kök, 46 'Samsung HDTV med DVR och DVD och garage. Detta är ett hem, INTE en liten lägenhet. Sovrummen har en kung, drottning och drottning. Vi använder lakan och täcken av påfågel som professionellt tvättas efter varje vistelse.

Platsen är perfekt eftersom du är ett kvarter från piren och centrum. Läge, läge, läge !!! Pismo Beach är en fordonsstrand som är förbjuden så att du och dina barn säkert kan gå och leka på stranden.

Var snäll och hyra i Pismo Beach. Många hus i det här avsnittet annonseras som i Pismo Beach, men finns faktiskt i Oceano eller Pismo Beach State Beach. Detta hus ligger i centrala Pismo Beach. Vi har varit med VRBO sedan 1999.

Annual Costal Trip

Good location to golf courses, wineries, and restaurants. Property itself could have been a bit cleaner i.e., countertops were a bit sticky, and the coffee pot was dirty. However, no clutter and everything was neat. Called the property manager our last day to inform her that the master bedroom bathroom fan needed to be repaired.

Clean, amazing location, perfect spot in Pismo!

We booked the house for 3 nights for my husband’s 50th. My husband did not know where we were staying, and I kept telling him “drive to the water” once we got on the street where the house is located. The location is literally perfect. Just around the corner from the pier. We had some friends stay at the Vespera across the street, which was a great option for some friends. The first thing that struck me when we opened the door was how clean the house was when we walked in. I’ve stayed at a lot of VRBOs, and this was by far the cleanest house. We went out to dinner to first night to a restaurant in walking distance. The second day we did a brewery tour (check out uncorked wine tours), and the bbq’ed at the house. The house had pretty much everything we needed to cook. We hung on the front patio and at the beach the third day. It was beyond easy to pop back and forth from the beach. We left early the 4th door because of Hurricane Hilary. No unreasonable Clean up requirements, and check out/in was easy. Everything was in working order.

Great House, Perfect Location!

Annual sibling trip to celebrate our mom's 20 year angelversary. This house was perfect, exactly as pictured. Great view, super comfortable beds, well stocked. Walking distance to everything, just steps to the beach, good parking. Finally got BBQ weather on our last night and got to sit out front and watch the waves crash. Amazing trip! Can't wait to come back with my grandbabies in the summer.

Perfect Beach Getaway

My husband and I meet our son and his family for an annual beach trip. This location is perfect as it’s easy to walk the little ones to the beach or the giant slide by the pier. The kitchen is spacious, the home is clean with a nice decor. It’s nice to have a garage to put all the beach apparatus in.

Close as you can get to the beach

The house was better than expected. It was very comfortable for the four of us. Easy to walk to everything. The view of the beach and the beach access cannot be beat.

Cleanliness vs. Location

The location was perfect. The house is walking distance to the beach, pier and the local shops. We really enjoyed exploring and look forward to returning, but we will stay somewhere different. A lot of simple things were overlooked that should be standard when cleaning a property. The sheets in one of the room had makeup stains. In the same room there is an attached bathroom. The faucet for the sink had black gunk hanging from it so we didn't even use the bathroom. There was a wrapper for a menstrual (period) pad on the floor of the bedroom. In a different bathroom there was an empty large garbage bag that was left behind on the floor. I called midway to inform the owner of the issues. The property manager was very apologetic and tried to rectify it. The owner was rude and defensive. The owner only addressed the dirty sheets and said they are professionally laundered so there shouldn't be any stains. Then she randomly recommended some wineries as if to change the topic. When I reminded her of the other garbage left behind, she said we should have told her sooner so they could have done something about it even though we told them when we came upon it. The location is great but there are plenty of other places with an equally great location. I wouldn't stay here again because it wasn't clean, the owner was rude and it felt like she was blaming us for the issues of the property.

Relaxing Getaway

The place was clean and in a great location. We didn't have to worry about fighting for parking when heading to the beach or finding places to eat. Even though the grill and the outdoor seating were in the front of the house, it was still nice to hang out there. Check in and check out were easy, and all the supplies were provided. Would go there again!
