Lovely home

This lovely home checked all our boxes except that the internet was unavailable each evening and Direct TV does not offer PBS News Hour. So bring your own downloaded electronics and you’ll have an aesthetically furnished and well stocked home away from home.

Great Vacation Spot

We really enjoyed our stay here. Location is excellent. Very close to beach, restaurants, market, etc. Home was clean and very comfortable for 4 adults. We had everything we needed for an enjoyable vacation. Views from main room and master bedroom were wonderful.

Breathtaking Views and Relaxation: An amazing Getaway

Just got back from an amazing 5-day stay at Nancy's Ocean View Condo, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was a breeze—super easy and straightforward. The condo was spotless, and the views of the ocean were just breathtaking. Kevin, the property manager, was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Cayucos is such a charming coastal town! Plus, we took some time to visit nearby Paso Robles and San Luis Obispo, which made for perfect day trips. Overall, we had a fantastic time away from home, enjoying quality moments together in such a beautiful setting. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway with stunning views, this is the place to be! Five stars all the way!

Absolutely lovely place to stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this property. It's close to the beach, but also close by to town and places to eat, etc. The condo was neat, clean, and stocked with beach chairs and even towels for us. The floorplan is great, and there are two balconies to enjoy. We also used the grill on a couple of nights and it worked well. TV was great, no connectivity issues and the WiFi also worked really well. The coffeemakers, dishes, utensils are all modern which is important to us after some other experiences we've had. Appliances are also new and modern. I can't say enough about this place and truly look forward to staying here again. It will be our go to when we make trips to Cayucos/Morro Bay.

Organized and super clean!

This was probably the cleanest and most organized place I have ever rented! It had everything you need for cooking. The deck had an amazing view, and it was great to have the garage for our car and bikes. You could walk to town or the beach within a few minutes. Super quiet street! The master bedroom was very spacious and comfortable. I loved that shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were provided.

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

Property was clean, spacious and updated. All the amenities needed for a family were provided, meaning in addition to the usual amenities the kitchen had all the supplies for cooking. Host also provided beach towels, chairs and umbrella for beach outings. Property location is easily walkable to downtown. Balcony off the living/dining room was a perfect spot to watch the ocean/sunrise with a cup of coffee or end the night with a glass of wine. We will stay again!

Perfect Setting and Location in Cayucos

This property is truly the perfect setting and location for a stay in Cayucos. Unit was incredibly clean, and had all the amenities I could possibly need. And the location was ideal - View of the ocean, and a very short walk to the main downtown area.

Better then “Home away from Home”

Clean and beautifully decorated condo with a view. Comfy beds, nice sheets, all items needed for a short or long stay. Enjoyed wine on the patio, eating in town, easy travel to many tourist locations, easy communication with management. Look forward to returning!

Convenient, Comfortable and Clean!

My daughter and I spent the Thanksgiving weekend at this lovely condo. We had everything we needed to make Thanksgiving dinner. The view from the balcony was very nice and the whole condo was the cleanest I've seen (and I have rented several others in Cayucos and elsewhere). The beds were comfortable. We had a great time in a great condo! I recommend this condo and would book it again in a heartbeat!

Lovely Stay Right Near the Beach

Our stay at Nancy and Kevin’s house was great! 5-10 minute walk to the beach and into town. We could hear the waves and seals at night. Neighborhood was very quiet and friendly and around a 30 minute Uber from the SLO airport. The house was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The appliances and front door code were easy to use. We’d love to come back and stay again!

Peaceful and gorgeous

We had an excellent stay, property was in great condition and close to everything. Booked for the view would stay again for everything else. What minor issues we had were quickly fixed with speedy responses from hosts. Absolutely plan to stay again and would recommend to all.

Perfect spot for our family

Great set up with the master bedroom up top with lots of room, garage below and main living in the middle. Walking distance to town. It’s set up with beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella so you dont have to bring any of that stuff. The portable fans in the closets for us to use was also nice on a warmer weekend. Overall great experience. The master bed was a little funky with plastic wheels on a vinyl floor. Moved a lot but was comfortable.

Nice family get away

The week was wonderful. The condo served our purpose perfectly. Enjoyed the patio while having a view of the ocean. The condo was set up well with the items we needed. The location made it nice to walk to the beach 5-10 minutes and into downtime 10-15 minutes. We would stay here again.
