Denna fantastiska Tarpon Pond är i perfekt läge. Inbäddat i frodig tropisk landskapsplanering i Tarpon Pond-kvarteret, erbjuder det underbar utsikt över 17: e Fairway of Ocean Winds och marsh bortom. Hjort, strandfåglar, ägrets ... djurliv omger dig. Och ändå är du och dina gäster mindre än en kilometer bort från Seabrooks vackra stränder och toppklass bekvämligheter - Beach Club-pooler, middag på Pelican Nest eller Island House eller golf på de två Seabrook golfbanorna.

Stugan har blivit vackert renoverad. Gå in i de kombinerade vardagsrum / matsalar. En öppen planlösning med katedraltak bidrar till att skapa ett avkopplande utrymme för din familj och vänner att samla. Vardagsrummet har ny inredning, en HDTV med kabel / DVD, och en härlig öppen spis. Vardagsrummet / matsalen öppnas in i solrummet. En vägg av fönster har utsikt över golfbanan och tillåter filtrerat solljus för att ljusna hemmet. Det finns ett bord för fyra - ett bra ställe att njuta av en kall eftermiddagsdrink - en soffa och en annan TV som kan användas för spel, titta på DVD-skivor och en videobandspelare. Det lilla däcket har stolar för avkoppling utomhus. Köket har Silestone bänkskivor och nyare apparater. Den är fullt utrustad med allt du behöver. Det finns en gasgrill för din användning också. Sängkläder och handdukar finns (ta med egna strandhanddukar).

Det finns fyra sovrum i denna stuga. Det stora sovrummet har en queen size-säng, härlig inredning och ett badrum med dusch. Det andra sovrummet har en queen size-säng och det tredje sovrummet har två tvillingar. De delar en hall bad med badkar / dusch och stora Silestone fåfänga. Loftet tjänar som 4: e sovrummet och det har två enkelsängar

Denna stuga är .8 miles från Pelican Beach och 1. 3 miles till Beach Club pooler, golf och klubbar middag. Kostnadskort som ger dig tillgång till faciliteterna på Seabrook Island Club, ingår i hyran. Dessa kort ger dig tillgång till oceanfront pooler (säsongsbetonad), Pelican's Nest utomhusrestaurang / bar (säsong), Island House restaurang / bar, golf och tennis. Catching up with family

We like Seabrook because there is something for everyone. The Tarpon Pond 551 had a lovely view of the 17th Fairway. The porch room was our favorite gathering space for playing competitive board games at night. It got a bit noisy for the person attempting to sleep in the loft area however. The galley kitchen is adequate, but we really enjoy eating at the Pelican’s Nest. Delicious! Thank you for sharing your home to reunite and recreate with family!

Lovely getaway!

We had never been to Seabrook Island and didn’t realize how remote and also lovely it is. I think the combo of residents and renters keeps the feel of the island unique to Other beach locations. Loved the larger stretches of beach, especially at low tide! It was wonderful to have a couple bikes to use as we hadn’t brought ours. It was never a problem to find parking foe the beaches either, which was nice. Lovely, relaxing family time!

Moldcation

Unfortunately, when we first arrived the house had a strong odor of mold. After looking around, we could see mold in the registers, inside the bar door, behind the closet doors and under the furniture. There was also a leak at the master toilet with mold. Three out of five of us started having symptoms right away, like tearing eyes and a headache. After reporting it, we were lucky enough to have the Property Manager switch us to another house for 4 nights. We were hopeful that they could clean up the mold. It never got done so we had to move the rest of the stuff out of this house and the new place again for the last 3 nights. We ended up in ocean front/view properties so it wasn't so bad, but much more of our vacation was centered around moving and mold discussions than we would have preferred. The last condo had mold too but not as much! We just cleaned as much off as we could off the furniture. Never had so many mold incidents on a vacation!

Quiet small home 15’ walking to beach

Simple vacation home 0.8 miles from the beach, and under magnificent old oak trees. 4 kids beds (mattresses may not be perfect for adults) and 2 queens. Three old bikes available (missing tool kit though). Good place for relaxing days at the beach. Seabrook is an outstanding island, and waters rich in wildlife.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was nicely decorated and very clean. Beds were comfortable. My only complaint is that there was only one functioning beach chair.

Wonderful cottage except our little friends :/

The cottage is beautifully decorated! It’s the perfect size for a small family. Unfortunately, in the four nights we stayed we had 5 LARGE roaches!!! One of my friends left because she didn’t feel comfortable having her baby there. However, I called property management and they had someone out to spray within a few hours! We never saw another one.

Combined family vacation

My parents and nephew joined us for our annual trip to Seabrook Island this year. The Tarpon Pond cottage was beautifully decorated and got the seven of us with plenty of room for all. The location and view were wonderful as well, but the real gem is the inclusion of the amenity cards. It was fantastic to be able to access the Island Club pool, restaurants, and beach access each day. You really didn't even need to leave the island! It was a fantastic vacation!

Wonderful reunion with family and friends

We really enjoyed the stay at this home! We had friends and family coming and going, each which required a gate pass to get on the island. One friend did not have a pass so the gate agent give me a call and I gave a verbal confirmation-- they were very accommodating. Loved the free bikes included! Someone rode a bike almost every day while we were there. Very charming place.

Great Stay!

This was perfect for our family vacation for 5 people (3 adults and 2 boys - ages 6 and 9). There was plenty of room... the beds in the loft went unused. The glassed-in sun room with the additional TV allowed the boys to watch something while the adults watched something else and turned into a great play space for them. The washer and dryer, once we found them under the house :) seemed new and were full sized (different than other homes we have rented). With little kids this was a huge plus! We also made use of the bikes as well, which I don't recall seeing on the description, so that was a nice surprise. They were older but worked for our needs to get to and from the beach for morning runs/walks. This was our 4th year in Seabrook and our 2nd year renting a Tarpon Cottage... love their layout and plenty of space.

Very comfortable!
