Our clean and well-maintained family home is only 4-5 minute drive to Kennebunk Beaches and a short 2 miles from downtown Kennebunkport! Ideally located to spend the day at the beach and pick up lunch at Bennett's Store on your way, then head to town for dinner or cook at home and eat outside on the deck!

We offer beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella for our guest' use during their stay.

• Downstairs Bedroom #1, on the main floor, features a plush queen-size bed, a smart TV, and dressers for ample clothing storage.
• Upstairs Bedroom #2: A serene room with a king-size bed.
• Upstairs Bedroom #3: A cozy queen bedroom.
• Upstairs Bedroom #4: A spacious room featuring two beds, one full/double and a twin.

The Bathroom Details:

The home’s two bathrooms provide a clean and bright experience. The downstairs bathroom features a shower stall and a vanity. The upstairs full bathroom offers a tub/shower unit and double pedestal sinks for added convenience. Each bathroom is stocked with all the essentials needed for the duration of your stay.

The Kitchen, Dining, and Living Area:

The kitchen is truly the heart of the home—fully equipped for preparing meals without needing a last-minute run to the store. Essentials like salt, pepper, and extra virgin olive oil are already stocked. With ample counter space and a spacious island, the kitchen is perfect for both meal prep and serving. Just beside it, a dining table invites guests to gather for memorable family dinners.

The home features three distinct living areas, offering versatile spaces for relaxation, socializing, or enjoying different activities—all while maintaining a comfortable and seamless flow.

Guest access: Guests have access to the entire house.

No childproofing has been done at this house, but we welcome children and families.

Yard maintenance (mowing, tick & mosquito spraying, etc.) may occur occasionally in the summer. They won't interrupt you, but unfortunately, we cannot give you advance notice. They arrive on their terms.

We are experienced host / Superhosts and spend a lot of our energy making sure your stay with us is flawless.
