The Space:
Welcome to your modern coastal retreat, thoughtfully designed across three levels to give guests both comfort and privacy.

As you arrive, you'll pull into your own private garage - a rare convenience this close to the beach. On the entry level, you'll find the first bedroom, complete with its own bathroom, offering a great setup for guests who prefer to avoid stairs or want a bit more separation.

Head upstairs to the main level, where the heart of the home awaits. This floor features a bright and airy second bedroom, a full bathroom, and a modern kitchen space with a stovetop, microwave, and refrigerator - ideal for preparing light meals or beach-day snacks. The open layout connects to a cozy living area, perfect for relaxing after a day of sun and surf.

Continue up to the top floor, and you’ll find a charming loft area - a flexible space that can be used for lounging, working, or additional sleeping arrangements depending on your needs.

With mini split units in every room for customized comfort and a fresh, coastal-inspired design throughout, this space offers a stylish and functional home base for your San Diego stay.

Ocean Beach (affectionately called “OB” by locals) is a vibrant, laid-back coastal neighborhood in San Diego known for its bohemian spirit, eclectic shops, and scenic shoreline. Visitors can explore the iconic OB Pier, enjoy the off-leash Dog Beach, or take in dramatic sunsets at Sunset Cliffs Natural Park. The main strip, Newport Avenue, is packed with local eateries, vintage stores, and microbreweries—no chain stores allowed. Don’t miss the weekly Wednesday Farmers Market, where live music and street food bring the community together. OB is rich in local character, blending surf culture with a 1960s counterculture vibe, proudly embracing its motto: “Keep OB Weird.” It’s a perfect destination for relaxing beach days, tide pool adventures, and soaking up authentic Southern California charm.

Getting Around:
Walk or bike anywhere in the immediate and surrounding neighborhood! You are truly just steps from incredible shopping, dining, beaches and activities.

A remote is provided for garage access, and a fee will be charged for any lost remotes. ‱ Pets may be permitted with prior approval and a fee of $150 ‱ Events/parties are not permitted and strictly enforced ‱ Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax ‱ As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.
