Fantastic view?

Rental process was seamless and condo was absolutely perfect. Fantastic view and one of the cleanest units we have ever stayed in. Will stay here again.

Relaxing in the sun.

This condo had everything we were looking for ... exceptionally clean, comfortable beds, well-appointed kitchen, ocean view and a bonus of a lake view on the entering side, wonderful pool, beach access right across the street! We would definitely stay here again.

Room with a view

Loved getting up and seeing the ocean while I drank my coffee. Grateful for shade for our car in summer heat.

Great ocean view!

Overall great stay! Clean and comfortable with beautiful view and nice pool. Quiet at night and relaxing! One improvement would be hotel soap bars for the showers. Also, the deadbolt and windows could use maintenance. Would love to be there when Roosevelt Street walkway construction out front is done and the pool hot tub is working!

Wonderful place

This was a nice place but the carpet was very disgusting. I took it upon myself to cover a very large dirty spot with a throw rug. We loved our stay there and we’re pleased with everything but the carpet.

Great location

The property is nice but it could really use some updates. The check in process was difficult. We didn't rent a car and had to go to the office for keys and codes, then pay for another Uber to get to the office. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Relaxing!

We enjoyed staying in the unit, not the first time there. The only negative thing - our gate key didn’t work, we had to use car gate to get in and out. We asked for the second gate clicker, few times, were promised, but never got. Other than that, we enjoyed staying at LaBrisa a lot!

Beach stinks!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo, pool, parking were all really great. It's a gated community across from Smathers Beach. I intentionally booked it across from this beach so we could go to the beach easily. Wish I had known that the beach has rotting seaweed on it all summer/every summer and that it stinks so bad that you can't even enjoy your balcony. In all fairness, in the description, the very last paragraph there is a disclosure about the seaweed. But of course you get swept away with pictures, amenities, price and dates available and I didn't see it until it was too late.

Just perfect

We stayed in the condo a little less than 2 weeks after Hurricane Ian. Although Key West was not directly hit, there was a lot of rain and some flooding. The property was cleaned up nicely and even the roads were very clean. When we entered the condo we were concerned as there was dirty linens on the floor by the washer and dryer and the bed did not have any linens. Mind you we arrived at about 4:30pm to pick up the keys so we were not early. I contacted the rental company who contacted the maintenance guy Kyle. Kyle followed up quickly and brought us clean linens and towels and took the other items out. The rental company was very apologetic and Kyle was very helpful. Other than that the condo was clean and very well equipped. Location is GREAT and although the interior is dated everything works perfectly. I would definitely stay here again. The condo complex is gated and has codes to enter the elevator area x so you are very safe. Easy walk across the street to Smathers beach and convenient to Starbucks and grocery stores. We had a great time! Thank you for letting us stay

Great family beach vacation

This rental was wonderful! My only slight low mark was because I didn’t see a washer/dryer on the listing but there is one in the unit. They also don’t show a photo of the amazing pool and tennis/pickle ball court! Honestly this rental was great- the rental company was wonderful to work with. Easy to contact and communicate with. Again my other 4 vs 5 star was because we needed to taxi downtown to get the keys- which I do understand- just added a little excitement. Check out was simple tho. The rental company recommended renting a golf cart for our stay and that was a great tip since we had younger kids with us. You get covered parking spot with this rental- so a car, cart, or bikes are needed since town is 2 miles away to most things. Smathers beach at access 8/9 is the best! Warm ocean and clean beach. Easy walk from the rental. Would HIGHLY recommend this unit to anyone visiting key west who wants quiet, beach, pool, safe and family friendly. Thanks for a great memorable trip!

Our family really enjoyed the stay. The condo was everything we expected and more. The beach, the view, the location, the pool - it was all amazing. Plenty of room for a family of four. We loved Key West!

GREAT PROPERTY

Property was as listed, nice condo, nice property & surroundings, nice neighbors, nice pool. All the rental agents were very nice & helpful. After a long day of travel getting our key was difficult for us. Could not find the office to get the key, very busy street and no place to park, explanation of parking spot at condo was not clear. We are spoiled by the Bahamas where they meet you at the boat, take you to the property and walk you thru all the details.

Dogs everywhere and we love it
