Vårt fantastiska hem har något för alla!

Njut av det fullt utrustade köket. Du hittar allt du behöver: riklig mat, brödrost, mixer, burköppnare, kastruller, kastruller, skålar och våffelmaker.
Köket öppnar till matsalen och det stora rummet. Det finns plats för 8 vid matbordet med plats för mer i frukostbaren. Det stora rummet har gott om sittplatser och en 46 "plattskärms-TV med DVD-spelare, kabel och ett urval av filmer för din njutning.

Också ligger på huvudnivån är ett halvt bad som öppnar ut mot poolområdet. (Bra för när alla är ute och njuter av poolen).

3 sovrum ligger på huvudnivån, inklusive 2 sovrum sviter. Det första sovrummet är rymligt med en king size-säng, 5pc badrum och skjutdörrar ut till uteplatsen. Det andra sovrummet har en queen size-säng och ett 4pc badrum. Det sista sovrummet på denna våning har en queen size-säng med välvda tak.

På andra våningen finns 3 fler sovrum och ett badrum. Alice och vänner dekorera vårt första sovrum med 2 enkelsängar. Nästa rum är för Muggles och Wizards alike. Vårt Harry Potter-rum är säker på att underhålla (2 tvillingar). Våra filmtema rum har en uppsättning våningssängar med tvilling på toppen och full på botten. Detta rum har gott om utrymme att umgås eller sova.

Alla rum har takfläktar och plattskärms-TV.

En säker är tillgänglig för att lagra dina värdesaker.

Utanför hittar du den täckta Lanai och din egen privata saltvatten pool med vattenfall spa. Hela poolområdet är helt skärmad, så att din familj kan njuta av det hela tiden på dagen och kvällen. Poolen kan värmas upp under de kallare månaderna (rekommenderas okt-april). För din familjs säkerhet tillhandahåller vi ett barnsäkerhetsstaket. Oavsett om du äter utomhus eller slappar vid poolen finns det gott om utemöbler för din användning. Poolområdet är mycket privat, med säkring på alla sidor.

Vi har ett spelrum för din underhållning. Här hittar du ett biljardbord, fotboll och brädspel. Detta rum rymmer också den fullstora tvättmaskinen och torktumlare ... ingen mer smutsig tvätt när du återvänder hem!

Medan du bor hos oss har du tillgång till alla bekvämligheter som Windsor Palms erbjuder, inklusive en 25 meter saltvattenpool, bubbelpool, barnpool, diverse butiker, gym, arkadspel, bio (spelar 3D-filmer), tänd halvkorg, full tennisbanor, sandvolleyboll och familjen grillplats. Family Vacation

We enjoyed our time at this house! We spent a lot of time in the pool and hot tub which was nice. The house had plenty of room for six adults, two teenagers, and a ten year old. We had a few hiccups upon arrival…we were not registered at the gate and our door code would not work…but they were quickly resolved. The house was surfaced cleaned, but could definitely use a good deep cleaning. The location was nice as it was close to area attractions, stores, and restaurants.

Great house and location

House was as pictured. And it was very clean. I have rented houses for years and many times they are not as pictured and are not very clean. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean this house was. Kids loved the heated pool and spa. It’s close to Disney and stores and restaurants of all kinds. Was surprised that extra garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, and toilet tissue was provided. Normally I have to purchase additional supplies but everything needed for our ten days was provided. A very nice perk. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

Great stay!

This property was awesome and the location was just where we wanted. The first step into the house, we were met with a fresh and clean aroma ( which is a deal maker or breaker for me…lol). This house had everything we needed from plenty rooms to plenty of towels and cookware. We really enjoyed the nice size pool with the attached jacuzzi with the heated water and strong jets. Will be referring this property to our friend and family! Kuddos to the house cleaner!!

A fantastic time!

This was the perfect house for our family! Pool, hot tub, and accommodations very very nice. It’s close to Disney so it didn’t take us any time to get there. The only thing I had a problem was was the HOA. That’s not the fault. The HOA is really restricted, it’s as far as extra things we had to do. They didn’t agree with. But that’s not the owners fault. Excellent Stay, just a picky HOA

Great Getaway from Disney

Spring break at Disney, what were we thinking? It was great to be able to come back to this home to take a break and get some down time. The grand-kids really enjoyed the pool and video machine but unfortunately the Foosball and pool table were not really usable due to damage by other guests. They also enjoyed having their own rooms and the floor plan allowed for plenty of space. The kitchen was very well supplied and plenty of room to store groceries. Michelle was great to work with when we decided to arrive earlier. My main complaint is that we are now looking to spend $800-$1000 for a new washer after using the one at this home :). Thank you for sharing your home.

FANTASTIC place to stay!!!!!!

This property feels like home! Everything you’ll need is available, except for your clothes and toothbrush you won’t need anything else! We had my parents (80+) with us, so the master and TWO other bedrooms on the main floor worked out great! The kids had the entire upstairs to themselves! They also loved the heated pool and jacuzzi, again you don’t need anything…pool towels and floats/toys were available to us. The garage turned “playroom” was a hit too. The kids loved it! Also the host, Michelle was fantastic- very responsive and available to answer any questions we had. We will be back!!!!

Mickey’s Villa

Overall great trip due to location. We had other accommodations and were canceled the day of due to major maintenance issues via the property owner. This home was available almost right away and we booked. The house is very dated and there were many small inconveniences. Electrical issues, a literal layer of dust on everything as if weren’t cleaned in quite a while etc… I could continue. But my wife made me see the brighter side of things. Great home could use some TLC.

Mickeys Garden Villa

Stayed at Mickeys Garden Villa for a full month and had a fantastic time. We have stayed in the general area many times in the past and had previously had multiple issues. This location was very clean, low traffic and a great lay out. There were lots of little extras that were appreciated. We had a minor maintenance issue while stating and the owners took care of it immediately. From the patio/pool layout to the game room and more it was fun for entire family. We will be back.

Wonderful weather, really nice salt water pool and spa, comfortable beds and great communication with Michelle. TiVo was enjoyed by all. Close to all the parks and shopping. Didn’t want to leave!! Hope to be back in 2024!

Disney Trip

The community is great and gated, very secure. It is very close to Disney and many restaurants. The home is in great shape and had plenty of space, very clean, and the home had everything you would need for cooking. The pool heat was out during our stay, rendering it unusable during our week at the home, which was very disappointing, but the owner made it right with a considerable refund. I would stay here again if the pool heat was operable. We mainly used the heated community pool and hot tub, which was great.

The home was perfect and Met all of our needs. We had 9 people and were very comfortable.

I was disappointed in the spa and pool heater which had stopped working one night into our stay. It was a deciding factor in choosing this property as I had my elderly parents with me and after walking the parks all day they looked forward to the spa. The owner was great In trying to fix the problem however I would have liked the mgmt company to have been able to fix the problem the day after it stopped working, we were unable to use the pool after Saturday as the temperature dropped significantly. I was refunded the heating fee but seeing as we could not use the pool and spa at all I expected more. The club house was available but not convenient and not private. I would recommend a slate pool table in the game room as the wood topped table is warped by humidity. Overall the property was great- just didn’t like the loss of such a large part of our vacation experience especially for the kids who really wanted to swim.

Amazing property!!!!

I just want to say how amazed I am with this property!!! It was the best property we have ever stayed at while on vacation. The layout was just amazing. They had everything anybody could ever want or need while on vacation. They also provided the basics essentials for your stay plenty of towels, wash cloths, beach towels for the pool/hot tub and plenty of space for your family. Me and my family are very grateful for being able to stay at this property and hope to be able to use this property again in the future. Thank you so much for everything!!!!

Great All Family Vacation

This property had all of the room and amenities the 12 of us needed. It was spacious, clean and well themed. The pool was very nice and well maintained. It is a great location for Disney visitors or as was our case just a quiet family retreat. The owners were extremely helpful and very responsive with communication. We would highly recommend this property!

We are a Canadian family who loves the Florida sunshine. We love visiting the Theme Parks with our 2 kids who enjoy their time at the parks from open to close!

We chose the Windsor Palms community for its amazing amenities, gated entrance and proximity to Walt Disney World and surrounding attractions. If we need a break from the parks, we can zip home and take a dip in the pool and head back in the evening for the fireworks!

We love the open and airy feel of this home. There is enough space for us to spread out and relax when privacy is needed, yet enough space to dine and entertain as a group. Having a private pool is great for a quick dip on hot days or an afternoon of lounging. Windsor Palms Resort is a quiet, family-friendly location.
