Would stay here again!

Location was great, everything was clean, front desk staff was extremely helpful! There was a tiny hiccup with our room but It was an easy fix- small inconvenience. Owner was great at giving us a fast response with any questions we had and she was super helpful!! We Would totally rent from her again.

Great location

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel style Vrbo. We had a great view of the harbor from our room and it was located in the center of all the restaurants and shops on Thames in downtown Newport. Parking on site was very convenient too. The owner was also very helpful with communications and even provided a list of events for the weekend.

Great weekend getaway

Right in the heart of everything downtown. Great to have parking included. Owner was helpful and very responsive. The roof top deck was awesome, we loved watching the sunset.

Weekend Getaway

Carolyn was a terrific host! Communication with her was fast and easy and she was able to accommodate my medical request. The property was clean and comfortable and in an awesome location, especially for us as first-time Newport visitors. It was within walking distance of so many things that we enjoyed...dining options, the wharfs, shops...on one of the best streets for so many activities. I would love to stay here on a return trip to Newport. Thanks, Carolyn!

Enjoyed our stay during the Jazz Festival…..wonderful location within walking distance to just about everything. Easy and timely communication with owner and would stay here anytime I am in Newport.

It was a great location...BUT we had a super busy bar right under us so music was VERY LOUD and nobody mention that in the description of the property no shot eye until music stopped at 1 am ,,not fun when U need to go up at 7 am next morning

Perfect stay

We exhibit at the Newport Boat Show. This property is the perfect location, not only for the show, but for any visit where you want to be close to downtown Newport. We parked our car upon arrival and walked everywhere during our stay. Having a kitchenette was a huge benefit. And the rooftop deck has the best view un Newport, especially at sunset, right on the water.

Great Location

The room was nice and staff was friendly. Carolyn was excellent to work and was in touch through out our entire stay. If you are looking for a getaway to Newport, I would not hesitate on this rental. Convenient and comfortable condo

The condo location was very convenient. We walked everywhere on our short stay but were happy to have the car parked on site and easy to access, if needed. The condo was clean, comfortable and quiet. The layout works well and make good use of the space.

Weekend stay for a wedding

The resort and their staff were really nice and it was located very close to the center of Newport. It’s only a short walk to the center of town and close to so many shops and restaurants. Our host was fabulous responding quickly to our questions making recommendations. It was really nice to see security in the parking area to be sure only guests parked there. Best part was we had a view of the Regatta Place were my daughter was married. I enjoyed that view every day until we left. Highly recommended!!

Location, location, location!

The location of the property is its main selling point, along with dedicated parking. Convenient to all that downtown Newport has to offer all within easy walking distance. Staff is friendly and greeted us every time we entered or exited the property. One bedroom unit is small but functional. Only drawback during our stay was the fact the owners lounge and rooftop deck were closed.
