Detta bekväma och smakfullt inredda fritidshus byggdes 2012 och erbjuder allt du behöver för en avslappnad semester med din familj eller vänner. Det stora sovrummet är utrustat med en king size-säng, samt eget badrum med barriärfri dusch. Det andra sovrummet har en queen size-säng och det tredje sovrummet har två enkelsängar. Alla rum är utrustade med en stor HD plattskärms-TV, iPod / iPhone laddstationer, takfläkt och inbyggda skåp.

Det tredje sovrummet har en DVD-spelare och ett andra badrum ligger i korridoren mellan de två andra sovrummen. En annan stor HD-plattskärms-TV och en DVD-spelare finns i det generöst proportionerade vardagsrummet.

Det öppna köket är utrustat med mikrovågsugn, diskmaskin och sida vid sida kylskåp etc. Matsalen, vardagsrummet och köket ger tillräckligt med utrymme för att bekvämt vara värd för sex personer. Det finns också en högkvalitativ tvättmaskin och torktumlare tillgängliga för dig.

Omfattande och nya kartor över Florida samt dykare stadskartor till exempel Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Tampa och Sarasota finns i huset för dig. Det finns också en mapp med information om Anna Maria Island med användbara insider tips för aktiviteter, restaurang etc. på ön.

Detta hem är fullt luftkonditionerat och utan hinder. Också i det lugna och mycket privata utomhusområdet kommer du att känna dig väldigt bekväm. Den privata uppvärmda poolen med dess 33 fot långa erbjuder en bar och ett bord som ofta är täckt av skugga. På heta dagar med de specialtillgängliga poolrätterna är det inte bara för barnen en speciell upplevelse att ha ett mellanmål där, men även för vuxna. Poolområdet erbjuder en utomhusdusch, solstolar och en poolbox med massor av poolutrustning (i. E. Pool nudlar). Du kan laga kulinariska höjdpunkter på 4-brännargasgrillen och njut efteråt på din avskilda pooluteplats, medan dina barn kan plaska i poolen.

Stranden ligger i närheten: I ca. 300 m i slutet av den lugna gatan är direkt tillgång till stranden. Tillgången till stranden är privat och endast för lokalbefolkningen, därför har du mycket utrymme på stranden vid varje tidpunkt på dagen. Solstolar, solskydd och badlakan finns tillgängliga. Också en strandvagn, att bära allt.

Excellent home.

We loved the Turtle Nest. There was some construction next door but honestly we were fine with it as we understand repairs from hurricane damage continues. The home exceeded our expectations. The pool, beach equipment a HUGE plus!

Get Away

We traveled with my 86-year-old dad. Having a private pool as well as private beach access was perfect! The option to go to several other beaches very close by was also a plus. No shortage of restaurants either. For our family, this was the get away that we needed!

Lovely rental with everything you need.

Very spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Entertaining areas have everything you need. Awesome little essentials bag to get you started with soaps/paper products. The in unit washer/dryer was fantastic! We all thought the beds were quite comfortable despite other reviews.

Great place to explore Anna Maria Island

We had a wonderful time during our stay at Turtle's Nest. The property was very clean and in a great location to explore the area. The heated pool was a big hit with our grandchildren and we enjoyed using it every day of our stay. The unit was well supplied with beach towels, beach chairs, and toys for the beach and pool. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Great place! Great location!

It was overall a terrific stay!! However, a few things need some updating/replacing. The master bed was just awful; caved into the middle and the pillows are flat as a board. In addition, the beach chairs were all rusted or close to breaking- make sure you’ve had a tetnis shot! Other than those things the place was clean, close to the beach and the pool was perfect! Would recommend for sure!

Wonderful Property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and had enough room for 4-6 people. Its not a huge house, but it has everything you need and a large pool. We spent half our time outside and half inside. Short 5 min walk to the beach, and the property has all the gear you need + a beach wagon to haul it there. We cooked many meals here and the kitchen is well equipped. Highly recommend this place. Mgt was super helpful for the little things we had questions about.

Amazing property/ POOL thumbs up

Best out of 6 rentals that we have experienced!! The pool is exactly like in the pictures. It was the highlight of our stay. We stayed with our daughter and SIL and our 2 grandbabies, 5 and 3. 10 daysThe house is spacious and so cutely decorated, the couch and beds are very comfortable. We had most of our meals outside (we are from MN so every second we can be enjoying the Florida weather we do)The house has all the plastic dishes to do so, and also glass wear to eat inside, very well equipped- even has a blender!!!There are a lot of pool toys and beach toys, we left many new ones behind.The beach cart is one of the better ones we have had. Many beach chairs and 2 great umbrellas, everything you need. The house has more than enough towels and there is a new washer and dryer in the house. Great showers. Only thing the outside shower should be closed so you could really shower outside, only critique. The beach is only 2 and a half blocks away, you have to cross Palm Drive but its no problem drivers on the island are always gracious to walkers.The island is also all back in business so don't worry about anything.Also the property is in walking distance to many shops and the trolley is the best you can get anywhere. We debated on renting a car or a golf cart, but we went off the island for fishing so we went for the vehicle, but if you don't plan to leave the island a golf cart would be so much fun.My grandson before we left asked to come back, would be my wish too. :-)

Beautiful Property

This home and property is beautiful. The pool was wonderful and I could actually get some (short) laps everyday. I wish I could say comfortable. The living room furniture was extremely uncomfortable. Not "lounge-able" for TV viewing. The bed was way too soft and high. We had a few issues that were addressed almost immediately, but no weekend service from the Island Dreams.

Nice place but

Decent house, nice patio and pool, kitchen well stocked BUT no hand soaps provided in bathrooms, kitchen chairs terribly uncomfortable, couch uncomfortable, mattress's extremely uncomfortable especially the second bedroom king, pillows terribly uncomfortable. A good night’s sleep is important. Location great.

Great beach house with everything you need!

This place has everything you need for your stay. Lots of room, I would say probably wouldn’t hurt to have a bigger couch or add an additional lounge chair if you have more then four people staying. Loved having plenty of beach chairs and beach cart to take everything to the beach. In all I have stayed in Holmes Beach now three times and wouldn’t hesitate to rent this property again. We had no real complaints.

Retirement celebration

We had a wonderful week on Anna Maria Island. The house was perfect for a family of four. The living room area is pretty small but we didn't spend much time in there. Our one suggestion would be a larger waste basket in the kitchen. There was only a small one and no place to but the recycles. The pool was wonderful! We really enjoyed it. The beach equipment was great to have and we took advantage of it. Overall we had a wonderful vacation.

Anna Marie Island Family Vacation

We had a wonderful week on Anna Maria Island. The home was perfect for our family of 6, and conveniently located within a 5 minute walk to the beach. The pool was great to have and we ended most of our days there. The beds were comfortable. My few suggestions for improvement would be an upgrade to the living room furniture, it was not very comfortable, and a bit overcrowded. I would also suggest a larger kitchen waste can and 2nd one for recyclables. There were also no grilling utensils which made it hard to use the grill. That being said, these are minor suggestions- because our stay was absolutely terrific!

Spring Break Bliss on AMI

We absolutely loved our stay at the Turtles Nest the week of 4/1-4/8. The home was perfect for our family of 5, and conveniently located within a 5 minute walk to the beach. The pool was such a perk, and our favorite place to finish out most of our afternoons. The beach chairs, umbrellas, and cart were great, and the home supplied pretty much everything we needed. The beds were comfortable too! We had an issue with the air conditioner, and someone was there within an hour to fix it. My only suggestion for improvement would be an upgrade to the living room furniture - it was not very comfortable, and a bit overcrowded (luckily, we rarely spent time inside!) Also, more wastebaskets throughout the house (there wasn't one at all in the main bathroom), and a larger one in the kitchen is needed. That being said, these are minor suggestions- because our stay (and the weather) was absolutely terrific!

Nice, but not kid friendly!

The house was pretty and clean like the pictures. Check in process was simple. The walk to the beach is a little haul, we would have someone drop us off at the entrance. We had two 10 year old girls and they were just playing in the pool, we had a lady behind the fence come over and ring the doorbell. She said the girls were being too loud! She had already called the rental company and everything. I explained to her they were two 10 year olds having fun in the pool, it had been crappy weather and we had drove 14 hours to get there. They were excited for a sunny day. I thought that was really rude. I made the girls be quieter, but this is a vacation rental, they should be able to have all the fun they want on fall break. It’s not like they are loud teens or anything. So for that reason, we will not be back!
