Awesome vacation.

Marco Island never disappoints!!! This was our 9th year in a row. The seawinds was great and the owners were fabulous. I would recommend this condo to anyone and we already booked the same week next year.

A Slice of Heaven

The condo had everything we needed to make our vacation fantastic. The beach chairs and umbrella made out time at the beach so relaxing. The owners were easy to contact and responsive. I would definitely rent this condo again.

Excellent Location

Sea Winds is located on a spectacular beach away from the more congested areas of the island but closest to the best restaurants. Holly and Al were gracious hosts and very easy to work with. Sunrises and sunsets on the lanai were AMAZING! We wish we’d never left!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the SeaWinds. The condo was beautiful and well stocked. We loved that she had everything from hand soap, laundry soap and coffee filters available. The beach towels were really only a bath towel size but we made due. Everything was very clean. The view was great. The location was great. Will definitely want to stay here again

A Very Nice Place To Stay

This condo unit is just as described and has been recently updated. Great Gulf and beach views from the balcony; beach chairs and umbrellas provided and in good condition. The owners are very responsive to any questions or concerns (typically replies in minutes). I would recommend this rental.

On the beach Condo

The interior of this condo was extremely clean and spacious for the two of us. The 7 night stay was very enjoyable for my wife and myself. The owner Holly was a delight to talk with and take care of business. Thank You Holly for making our vacation accomodations seemless and going the extra mile to assure our stay was more than satisfactory.

Sunny Getaway

This property was beautiful, right on the beach with wonderful views of the Gulf of Mexico. Nice quiet neighborhood within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The condo itself was beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture , a well equipped kitchen (even an air fryer) and a large lanai with gorgeous sunset views. We had a wonderful time!

2nd stay

This was our second time at this unit. The owners have done a good job maintaining the property and have kept the condo well stocked with the items needed to enjoy your stay. In my opinion this condo is in a great location on the island as this area has much less traffic than other parts of the island. Also there are several restaurants and shops a short walk from the condo.

o island is a beautiful beach. Restaurants are very good. The ocean front view was amazing. The building itself is dated. The refrigerator was not working properly. The owners offered us daily ice trips that we declined. Overall, the accomodations were good. The master bathroom was small. We spent most of our time on the beach and not in the room.

Great Location, updated unit!

Great Location, great weather, nice appointed unit, only down side was the second elevator was not working all week and the unit is on the 14th floor. Talk about inconvenient and annoying ;(. And you had to obtain a $50.00 parking pass.
