Best location right on the beach shortest distance to the ocean in Marco. It is also within walking distance 1/2 mile to 10 restaurants or enjoy 3 mile walk along the beach. Enjoy the pool, hot tub, pickle ball, and tennis courts. Watch dolphins from the beach or balcony. Weekly or monthly rentals available. New comfortable beds king and queen, appliances, completely new furnished/decorated top to bottom, All the beach gear you need, and excellent cookware in fully stocked kitchen to enjoy all the conveniences of home. New tankless water heater and UV light for AC added. Stacked washer and dryer in the unit. We have spared no expense in finishing this place from comfort to feel.
Master bedroom has new king bed and mattress. Second bedroom has 2 new queen bunk beds with pull out twin XL trundle. Pull out sofa with memory foam mattress in the living room. Pack and play is also found in the master closet for use with sheets and extra memory foam cushion. Max allowed in condo is 6 persons per condo regulations. We love using our place frequently with our whole family or friends, see what you’re missing and try out our fabulous home away from home. From enjoying the finest restaurants, to shopping, dolphin watching, shelling, going fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking, volleyball, jet skiing, bike rental, chartered boats. Lovely view - enjoyed our stay

Top floor, lovely view of the gulf, quick and easy access to the beach, owners that responded quickly and kindly, easy check in and plenty of parking. Best place we have stayed in Marco Island yet and would definitely stay again. It was a bit “cozy” for a family of six, but we made it work and thoroughly enjoyed our vacation.

The condo was perfect for our family. Just 4 of us stayed in condo as we had family in other condos at same complex! The walk to beach was quick and easy. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Condo had everything we needed and more!

Great Week in Marco Island

We had a fun and relaxing week in Marco Island. The condo was perfect for my husband and I and our 3 year old. The location is great, close to restaurants and you can’t beat being right on the ocean. Condo was well stocked and communication with the owner was great.

Multigenerational Vacation

We just returned from a wonderful week in Marco Island with our children and grandchildren. The Sea Winds condo was the perfect spot for us to enjoy the beautiful weather, beaches, restaurants and local attractions. The view from the 17th floor was breathtaking and the unit was lovely-clean, comfortable and stocked with everything a beach vacation needed. We highly recommend this penthouse unit! Amazing vacation in our new favorite place.

Absolutely loved Marco Island and the condo we stayed in was perfect. Very clean had everything you would want or need. Beach chairs, sun ninja shade tent, floats and boogie board all available to use. The view from the 17th floor was spectacular. We will be booking future stays.

Great Ocean View!

This was our 2nd time staying in a condo at Sea Winds. Both stays have been great - easy access to the beach and the ocean front patio provides a great view of the ocean and beach. This unit was equipped with everything we needed for our stay including beach chairs and a sun ninja. The king bed was comfy and the unit was very clean when we arrived. The check in process was very easy.

A wonderful stay at an amazing condo!

We thoroughly loved our week at Marco. This condo is in a great location near the south end and with a negative low tide it was great! Marvelous Marco!

This place was amazing! We spent a week at this well appointed condo with three teenagers for spring break. Not only did we have plenty of sleeping options for everyone, the unit is as described and views are second to none! Check in was one of the easiest that we have experienced and the owners were super responsive to any questions we had. Book this place

Kitchen well stocked, view wonderful. Beds comfortable. .After that, insulting! Front door filthy and was the first warning that the owners were indifferent.Couch was badly stained. No chair in the living area. lighting was HORRIBLE. Had to get up and unplug the reading light in the bedroom. In the other bedroom room I had to bring in the only lamp in the livingroom in order to see to pack. The toilet holder was broken. I understand the owners want to make money, but this was a new low and we have rented a lot. Again, insulting. Showed a sad lack of pride on the part of the owners. We left a day early.

Great place to stay

This is a great condo. The big positives - the view is amazing, nicely decorated, very clean, nice patio, well-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer in the condo, nice pool and beach area, plus the condo has everything you need for the beach (towels, chairs, noodles, beach bag, coolers, a few beach toys, etc. There was even a sun ninja for shade). Less positive things - it’s on the smaller side so bathroom vanities are small and the bedrooms don’t allow room for much drawer space for clothing. But the positives of this condo far outweigh the negatives. There is public beach access super close by so the beach got crowded at times but that wasn’t a big deal to us. We saw dolphins from our condo and manatee from the beach in front of the property. Sunsets are beautiful! There’s a great restaurant -Sunset Grill - right next door that is oceanfront with decent food and you can watch the sunset from their patio. Condo owners are very responsive! Check in/check out was super easy. We take beach vacations regularly and rent oceanfront condos each time - this one is probably in our top five. We highly recommend and would stay here again if we come back to Marco Island. Thanks to the owners for all you do to make this condo a home away from home.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

There are only 2 main weekly condo rentals on the beach in Marco Island that have 2 bedrooms. We are so excited to be a Sea Winds. They really take care of the condo unit throughout the years, constantly updating, and the convenience is unbeatable. We use VRBO regularly with our vacation stays and excited to offer the best experience possible.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Location, location, location, and beach for miles. This is the place to be in Marco Island. Not many rentals have a new comfortable king bed and queen beds, we really look for this when we are traveling with our family. The rooms are smaller 10x11 but the beds fit well within the rooms. When we stay with family or friends I prefer large comfortable beds and the black out curtains so we can really sleep and relax during the week and recharge. We also love to cook so we made sure the kitchen is fully stocked. Tankless water heater and added UV light to disinfect AC. All the beach essentials are in the storage unit for use 4 new beach chairs, a cart, umbrellas, beach blanket, coolers, beach towels. Also equipped with volleyball net, pickleball, kube, and spike ball. Football, shovels/buckets, boogie boards and all you will need for the week.
