Fastigheten ligger i ett lugnt hörnparti med mycket liten trafik - bra utrymme för barn att leka ute, och ett underbart stadsdel för morgon och kvällsvandring! Vi är strax utanför 30A och en snabb tur eller 10 minuters promenad till Blue Mountain Beach tillgång. Blue Mountain Beach Access har enastående parkering tillgänglig - även under de mest trafikerade veckorna har vi aldrig haft problem med parkering (bara så mycket lättare även om vi är en snabb promenad!) Great rental for our family Florida beach week

The Dutch Treat was the perfect rental for our family beach vacation. Having two master bedrooms with king size beds was great and the house was close to restaurants, the bakery and ice cream shops.

Beautiful home and location

We loved our stay at the Dutch Treat. It was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The only bummer was that the pool closed at 7 PM, but otherwise it was a perfect stay. 10/10!

Great Host

Property was perfectly adequate for what we needed. Beds were comfortable and linens were soft. Communication with property manager was quick and efficient with very timely responses. We enjoyed the nice backyard in the evenings.

A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!!!!!

What a happy place to stay! Very comfortable for 3 adults and 2 kiddos! Loved zipping down to the beach in a golf cart (3 min drive) walking to get coffee or a delicious dinner at Mimmos (2 min walk). Loved the local artists work hanging on the walls. Kat was quick at responding and very accommodating with all questions! Loved it!!

It felt like home!

Our family of 5 loved our stay at Dutch Treat! It was clean, comfortable and cozy! The house is so nicely appointed, just like the pictures. Kat was a wonderful hostess! Thank you for your hospitality and concern that our vacation was fantastic. We loved staying in Blue Mountain Beach because it is more relaxed and less crowded. We can’t wait to get back!

The best trip!

The house was amazing and so clean, it was just as pictured. In a great location and close to lots of fun stuff. An easy bike ride to several good restaurants, ice cream, etc. The owner was very easy and quick to communicate with. We took a trip with our children and our friends and their daughter. The bunk room was perfect for our kids and they loved it! Don’t have enough good things to say and we would love to come back!

Perfect week at Dutch Treat

This home was perfect for our group of 9! Getting to the beach was a one minute drive (if that) and a few of us even walked to and from the beach a few times and it was a pleasant walk! Located on a quiet street and SO close to plenty of food and drink options, within walking distance or a very short drive. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay at Dutch Treat. House was super clean and well decorated, beds were extra cozy, and Kat was so easy to communicate with! We were so sad to leave and will definitely be back!

Can't wait to come back!

Wow! What a amazing stay we had! I highly recommend Dutch Treat on 30-A! Our party of 5 felt right at home! The house is decorated beautifully, has all the kitchen items you could ever need, and even had bikes for us to use. The beach is a easy walk/bike ride from the house! Kat offered lots of helpful info on places to shop and eat! So happy we found Dutch Treat and can’t wait to come back next year! Thanks for a great vacation!

Great Location and Amazing Host

First, Kat is amazing! We booked a family vacation 6 months in advance and she was wonderful to communicate with as we planned for what we would need to bring for our group of 6 ages 1-60. The house is located in a perfect spot to get to plenty of public beaches along 30 A. It is well stocked for beach play and the kitchen has everything you need right down to crock pots and outdoor grill. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of storage. There are a few wear and tear issues but overall it is a great place to stay and we will be back.

Fabulous base in a little oasis of a town

This lovely house was a fabulous base to explore this beautiful area. With three adults, we especially loved the two master bedrooms and three full baths. We used the comfortable, easy-to-ride adult bikes (4!) to ride daily to the beach and on the wide bike trail along 30A. The (included) private beach club, which has a lovely large pool, was just a few blocks away. There were plenty of items provided for the beach (chairs, umbrellas) with a wide variety of beach toys. The host was extremely responsive before and during our stay. We were even glad to be a half mile from the beach and restaurants on a very quiet street in a nice neighborhood. Would stay here again!

Spring Break girls trip

We arrived to find the property exactly as it appeared in photos. There was even a much appreciated welcome “gift,” waiting. This was our 3rd stay in Blue Mountain proper so we were familiar with the neighborhood. Kat was very attentive and responded to my messages/questions immediately. The house was clean and well appointed. I definitely recommend taking the first day familiarizing yourself with A-what items are available for your use while there (beach things, bikes, etc) B- various public beach accesses to the east and west as well as Blue Mountain C- the location of Publix , Walmart etc and D- local dining and such. Most of the beach access locations do offer chair/umbrella rentals, the rates and availability vary at each location and each area offers its own unique experience. We are already looking forward to returning and would definitely stay at Dutch Treat again!

Long weekend getaway

The Ditch Retreat is a beautiful home, very quiet and off the main path for a great relaxing getaway. Dutch Retreat has anything you could possibly need on vacation. The host are very attentive. We will definitely be back!

Great place for a beach break

My adult daughter and I loved each having a big room and bath. The kitchen was well-equipped. It was about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach, which we did at sunrise and sunset. But during the day, we loved using the bikes and the carrier. Kat was very responsive to our requests.

Clean, Beautiful, Perfect for Families!!

Gorgeous property. Very clean and well maintained. It was perfect for our family and kids. The walk to the beach was a bit far for our toddlers. The bikes and trailers provided were very useful though in exploring the area and getting to and from the beach. Be sure to get to the beach early if you go during the summer to grab a spot close to the water. The water was a gorgeous emerald color and my children loved the sand. The pool was nice and it was very close to the home. We really enjoyed lunch at Red Fish Taco and breakfast at the bakery on our morning bike rides to the beach. I would return to this home. The owner was very responsive to questions I had and a pleasure to do business with.

Lovely

Just got back from our family vacation at Dutch Treat and the fabulous 30a area. This is our 3rd trip to 30a but first stay in Blue Mountain and we loved the laid back vibe. This house was a great fit for our group of seven. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies and the beach supply closet has everything you need for a day on the beach which was a nice surprise. Also, the bikes got used a lot bc we didn’t reserve a golf cart this time around but would recommend one though because it makes transporting people and gear much easier. Communication with Kat is amazing as well! Overall a great stay!

Amazing and lovely

I stayed here with my family for a week, and we loved every minute of it. As soon as we walked in the house my entire family oo’ed and aw’ed. Having a downstairs and upstairs master suite was perfect for our family. My husband and and the kids stayed upstairs and my mom stayed downstairs for peace and quiet. We did have a tough time finding parking at the beach and it was a bit to far for my 3 year old to walk. If you have small children go to the beach really early. The ice cream shops were a lot of fun for us. They also tend to get busy, especially at night. Over all, we loved this place and the owners were very patient with us. I highly recommend this place

Wonderful Vacation

Our family (8 total) had a wonderful time at Dutch Treat. The house is amazing and extremely clean. The decor and layout were perfect. The 4 children (ages 10-15) enjoyed the bunk room while the master suites worked great for the two couples. The beach was beautiful but a little farther away than we expected. The provided bikes, beach cart, etc. made the trips to the beach convenient. Overall, our two families had a wonderful time at Dutch Treat. We would recommend this house and area to anyone looking for a nice place to stay while vacationing at this beautiful beach.

Good location, nice house

Good location, quick access to beaches and ice cream. House came with bikes but we never used. Also came with wagon, chairs and beach toys. Clean and as described in a quiet neighborhood. The pool is over in a different neighborhood behind a condo but easy walk. Close enough to beaches to walk or ride bikes but recommend driving if you have small children. Great communication with owner. Would stay here again.
