Catching N Relax is a 4 bed plus separate bunk room, 3 bath Santa Rosa Beach house in the heart of Blue Mountain Beach. Open floor plan downstairs with updated furnishings and new flooring throughout. Main level kitchen, living, dining room and laundry along with queen bedroom and a full bath. Upstairs spacious master bedroom with king bed, desk, fully updated master bath with walk in shower and access to bunk room with a new set of bunk beds. Second master (upstairs) features a king, full bath and walk in closet.
The third bedroom (upstairs) houses two twin beds along with a PS4 gaming system. All bedrooms have flat screen smart TVs (6 total TVs).

Amenities include: bikes (4), beach toys, kayaks (2), paddle board, bike trailer for child, outdoor connect four and corn-hole, community pool and fitness center. Take your pick of several beach access points including a .3 mile walk to neighborhood access.

You will find plenty of indoor entertainment between the 6 flat screen smart TVs, PS4, board games, books and wifi. The kitchen is stocked and includes a blender, Cuisinart toaster and coffee maker and stainless steel refrigerator and dishwasher. The bar features four comfortable, swivel bar stools. A beverage refrigerator is located in the dining area.

Outside you will find a porch swing, gas grill, fire patio table, outdoor shower and privacy fence.

Catch N Relax is located in the heart of Blue Mountain Beach and is minutes to beaches, restaurants and shops. Take a short golf cart ride to Grayton, Watercolor or Seaside and explore each town and it's unique offerings. The World's Luckiest Fishing Village in Destin is also just a short drive away!

The doorbell camera is pointed to the driveway/exterior front of the home and is used to monitor the safety of the home and property.   Video and audio is recorded for safety and security purposes.
