Hisnande, fri utsikt över havet. Privat strandtillgång bara några steg från San Simeon-stranden, där din hund är välkommen att springa och leka i bränningen i miles. Somna till ljudet från de kraschar vågorna och doften av frisk salt luft. Det stora rummet har en vedeldad spis, en plattskärms-TV med direkt-TV, WiFi-åtkomst och en DVD-spelare. Precis utanför på däcket hittar du propan BBQ. Besök Cambria's Farmer's Market på fredag och ta med dig din vinst för att förbereda dig i det eftertänksamt inredda köket. Det finns två drottning sovrum och ett separat badrum för var och en. Befälhavarens bad är 'badrum'. Miles av vandringsleder precis utanför din ytterdörr. Gå till staden San Simeon för att besöka restauranger och butiker. Elephant Seal Sanctuary, Hearst Castle, Wm. Randolf Hearst State Beach och Cambria ligger alla en kort bilresa bort. Massor av utforska att göra, eller bara koppla av i lugn och ro. Kom och njut av vår stuga vid havet och försvann din stress!

Easter weekend in San Simeon

Wonderful location. Peaceful with beautiful views of the ocean. We had the whole beach to ourselves. A quick drive to Cambria for great restaurants. Plenty of room to relax in the house. House was clean and well appointed with amenities.

Relaxing & Beautiful Location

The condo is in a very nice location. It is attached to a second condo, but that was not a problem at all. This was the 2nd property in from the beach. Part of the view is obstructed by a two-story rental, but there is plenty of open space to see the ocean. The bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen had all of the basics we needed. My only slight complaint is that the management company does not reply to my message via the VRBO app. However, if you call, they do answer. My adult son and I had a very relaxing time there. We were glad to be able to bring our dog with us as well.

Great Getaway

The property is a great location, spectacular views and wildlife! Homey and cozy. The host provided good information and the accommodation was well stocked, teas, laundry detergent, etc. I highly recommend this property!

If you want a quiet getaway, then this place is for you. Very tranquil. A beautiful little beach just steps from the house. This property is one on the few on this street with a stairs to the beach. The house itself is really cute and dog-friendly. The property has a nice binder with all sorts of information (how to use appliances, how to turn on TV, and which local attractions are dog-friendly) The check-in, check-out process was so easy. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend.

Loved the proximity to hikes along the bluffs and direct beach access, along with killer sunset views. Convenient to Hearst Castle, WR Hearst state beach - for chilly but beautiful swimming. Close to Cambria for great food. Condo was comfy and neighborhood was quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

Frequent visitor

This is the 4th time that we have stayed at this property, spread over several years. Location is perfect, whether we want to walk the few steps to the beach, drive into Paso Robles for wine tasting, or visit Cambria just down the road. It's not fancy, but it is well maintained and very nice. Love that we can bring the dog, and they even provide separate dog towels and their is a small hose on the side of the house for post-beach dog activities.

Nice ocean view with private dog beach access

This is a nice property and would most likely have received 4 or 5 stars except for a problem. Scenic Coast Property mangement did respond promptly and appropriately to the issue after it was identified. There is a nice deck with ocean view and a trail to the private beach that allows dogs as does the property. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking and eating implements. The washer and dryer and dishwasher are great and work well and supplies are provided for both. Unfortunately the home has shag carpet in the main room and bedrooms and this contributed to the problem we had that should have been identified prior to our stay. The house had a severe flea infestatation and even though treated while right away, it was not a complete eradicatilon and Idid get many flea bites. I am allergic to fleas and they LOVE me. Amazing location, well stocked home with everything we needed to feel cozy and cook all week (comfy beds!). SO grateful our dogs could join us. Hiking right outside the door, pretty much your own private beach, and close to town for groceries and the best shopping (in Cambria!). We will be back soon!Only note for the owner is the back screen door is not functioning well- kept falling off, some hooks by the front door would be nice for coats/purses/towels, and the knives could use sharpening (or add a knife sharpener to the otherwise well stocked kitchen tools). Other than that, the place is perfect! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Perfectly Lovely

Our family had such a wonderful time! This cute townhouse/condo was perfect for our family of four, plus one 4-legged family member. Easy access to a beautiful beach, incredible ocean view, comfortable beds, and well appointed kitchen. Can’t wait to go back. Thank you for opening your home to us!

Health Hazard- Black Mold and Mildew Throughout the House!

My family and I were meant to stay for 7 nights- we only stayed 3. We started noticing by day 3 that every time we got back to the house we would all start coughing badly, including our 10 month old child most of the night. The coughing would only occur when we were in the house. When we started looking for the cause we found: - Black mold by in almost all the windows - Black mold seeping through the paint in the loft - The fans in BOTH bathrooms were not working (an issue raised by another guest 2 months ago), which only exacerbated the mildew - Humidity throughout the house was so bad that when we laid towels down on the carpet at night, in the morning they were incredibly humid Besides the mold, there were also some more issues with the state of the property: - The BBQ was horribly rusted and corroded due to the sea water. All the dials have turned green and the igniter no longer works. It didn't feel safe using it to cook our food. -No lock on the living room sliding door. Instead, they provide you a stick for you to use as a security measure. - Kitchen not stocked with the basics- no coffee, no salt, some "clean" glasses stained with lipstick - Popcorn kernels and dirty napkins under the couches This property is in a gorgeous location. Yes, the view was partially obstructed but the view to the ocean is still great. The property is in a desperate need of a deep cleaning and repair. There is no excuse for so much black mold and I regret having my family stay here.

Great beachside escape

Spacious half of a duplex just up from the beach. Walkable to some restaurants and a quick drive to state parks and beaches, Cambria, elephant seals, and more.
